I hope I’m wrong.

I hope I’m wrong but I believe we are entering a full bear market and have instructed my investment advisor to act as such.  The biggest reason that we are entering such a market is because the Federal Reserve is not artificially putting air (monies) into a bubble (banking) that shouldn’t exist in the first place.  It is becoming more difficult for emerging markets to receive the capital they need at a decent rate and therefore they are unable to buy the products they would from us.  The tax and over-regulation policies of Washington D.C  are also causing us much difficulty. This is how I’m dealing with my prediction below.

(1) I’m moving monies from risky capital to conservative stocks that have been known to perform well even when the economy suffers.

(2) I’ve advised my investment guru to seek investment in strong corporate bonds.

(3) I also believe that Gold will be a better investment this year.

(3) Finally I’m putting capital aside to seek good deals in the market (undervalued stocks)  and plan to hold them for the long term.

Hard core drug dealers deserve hard core time.

It’s time we focus our war on drugs on those dealers who deal with death. Phillip Seymour Hoffman’s death is another example where the war on drugs is going after the wrong criminals.  It’s time we give life sentences to drug dealers who sell and/or distribute Heroin, PCP, Angel Dust, LSD and other drugs that cause permanent injury and/or death to our people. The resources we utilize to fight illegal marijuana trafficking should be instead focused on these areas.  Just like there is a difference with being armed with an AK-47 and a missile launcher there is a difference between smoking pot and shooting heroin and we as society should act accordingly. If life sentences for these criminals is not enough to stop their distributions, then I believe it’s time we show them the chair, that will give them the juice instead of our citizens.

Chocolate Review

Theo Sea Salt Dark in one word “interesting”.  I’ve eaten many varieties of chocolate but this one had a flavor that reminded your mouth about it’s origin.  The cocoa bean comes from a nut that you can taste with this chocolate but is smooth as butter. The salt adds an extra touch that at points might be a bit too much but overall it works.

I give Theo Salt Salt Chocolate *** 1/2 Cocoa Bars

Super question?

Superman

I don’t know why my mind went into this direction, maybe it was the way the Seahawks flew over the Broncos but now I know why Superman always appeared as  cartune character in the movies …. doctors.  Superman is one of the few super heroes’ that is born living an ordinary live but that would mean he would go to a doctor for a check up. If he went to a Doctor for this check-up or any treatment they would see that his blood count would be a bit unusual. Doctors would also have trouble giving him his vaccines  because he has veins of steel. Can you imagine his dentist visit as a child who needs a cavity filled?  The other thing filled would be the dentist mouth with blood.   Here is how (below) this and other problems in this story would be solved.

(1) Lex Luther’s Father-Ax  (I like the name) would be having an affair with Superman’s mother.

(2) Ax would believe Superman was his child and support him financially and with other means.

(3)This was create great envy with Lex Luther as he would see Superman receiving his fathers love as well as see Superman continued to excel in school sports and girls.

(4) We would realize very early on that Ax knew the true identity of Superman and has been paying off doctors (or killing them) to keep his identity secret.

(5) Ax would also be a billionaire who develops new technological advances including glasses that change your appearance.

(6) Ax will appear to die and leave his wealth to Lex Luther unless he reveals the true identity of Superman. Every time Lex Luther comes close to revealing that identity bad things happen to him.

From hot to cold.

I think we can truly say NY is crazy or for a more precise diagnosis “Bipolar”.  How else can you explain going from 50 degrees yesterday to a snowstorm the next day?  I understand this can occur sometimes but when it becomes a pattern like this winter you’ve got to believe the state needs some mental health treatment.  Now I’m not sure how you can treat the whole state because I don’t think there’s enough Latuda to go around but I think a good therapist would help.  I think the state is confused because there are so many great people  who reside here (Manic)  but then they elect a Governor (Depressive) who believes that we should kick out those he finds aren’t “politically correct” and who enacts laws when everyone is sleeping. The key is to elect a governor that makes sense and then maybe the weather will too as well.

You’ve got to give me credit for including politics into weather without participating in the  climate change debate.

Go Hawks!!

Top 1o reasons you should root for the Hawks in the Superbowl

(1) History- I remember watching Jim Zorn put together exciting new plays that revolutionized the game.

(2) Derrick Coleman- A man who was able to conquer so many odds that were against him to make his dreams come true.

(3) Colors- The Seahawks have a better colors then the Bronco’s.

(4) Animals- Hawks kick butt while Bronco’s run away.

(5) Monies- I bet on the Seahawks (legally in Vegas) and if they win I’ll give the first person I see a kiss (unless they’re really ugly)

(6) Underdog- It’s always fun to see a team win when they’re not supposed to.

(7) Tim Teebow- He should still be quarterback of  Denver but he was traded away like a Bronco.

(8) Richard Sherman- Yes I know he was a bit absurd but it was refreshing to hear something different then the usual victory speech.

(9) Russell Wilson- A young man with strong values and great talent.

(10) Coffee- Seatle is home to Starbucks and who doesn’t love a little  Java in the morning like a  Carmel Flan Frappuccino (whatever that is)  I also  heard if the Seahawks win they’ll give us coffee for a dollar  ( Sure When Broncos Fly).

To be or not to be that is my question…

All my life I felt it was important to know a little about as many topics as possible but today I’m thinking at trying to become an expert on one specific topic. A topic so small that nobody else has spent a great deal of time studying yet something that many have looked for answers on.  Others might come to because of my knowledge on this topic and I would be able to provide them with enough information to satisfy their curiosity.  I haven’t decided whether this would be a spiritual or mundane topic but it would be one that I would have a passion for or one that I could develop such a passion for.  The questions is how much time and resources would I have to expend to become this “expert” and at what costs to my other desires? To be or not be an expert that is the question? WHAT DO YOU THINK? WHAT TOPIC WOULD YOU CHOICE?

STAR CAFE NOW EVERYONE KNOWS YOUR NAME …. FOR THE HOUR

Let’s face it we all would love to see what’s it like to be a star even if it was for a day or even an hour but for most of us it is out of reach until “Star Café”.  “Star Café” enables all it’s customers to “walk the red” carpet with the paparazzi snapping pictures of us (electronic look) to that annoying fan who keeps running to your table asking for your autograph. We even have the security guard to take them away.
