Will this (above) be my next bite? Quark appears something that likes the rain rather then what one will eat but it’s showering down on us as the next food fab? This cheese is supposed to be healthier then most with less fat and sodium yet a full bite of protein that we need. The question then is will it have the taste to be more then fad or is it something that will dissipate like a cloudy bread? .G-D willing coming soon to my own taste buds.
