Chipotle outbreak has now effected people in six states and people have to wonder if this mass produced “mostly organic” restaurant is the best business model.  For a recent study has shown “organic food”  has a 9.7 present ratio of E’Colio while conventional food only has 1.6 ratio, couple that with selling this food in a quick mass produced environment around the country/world and you can see how this sickness could easily spread. We must realize what organic food uses to fertilize the ground and how that can impact what we actually eat if not vetted well.  The Mayo Clinic has listed several ways to help prevent this sickness (below) and Chipotle will have to do a better job insuring that these steps are taken if they are to continue their road to success. Yet maybe our push to Organic should be washed/watched more carefully as a whole before we say how much better it is for the general public.

(1)  Wash raw produce thoroughly

(2)Wash utensils with hot soapy water before and after they come into contact with fresh produce or raw meat.

(3) Keep raw vegetable and meat separate (no integration here).

(4) Wash your hands thoroughly especially after using the lavatory (bathroom)

(5) Meat should be cooked to 160 degrees at it’s thickest part.

 “Calm Down”,  “It’s not so bad” are just two phrases that have the opposite effect on a person then they were meant to be.  Expressions such as these show no empathy to the person going through a problem and only make the person want to explode faster and with a bigger bang.  Yet many continue to use such expressions not because they understand but because they don’t.  Therefore if you are truly to calm down things throw off your shoes and walk around the person who is intense, hopeful then you will  feel the pain and speak in a way that shows it.

While the world is focusing it’s attention on what occurred in France (rightfully so) the Radical Islamic Terrorist have moved to another part of the world as they have seized the Radisson Hotel in Mali.  This continued presence of evil around the globe demonstrates why  good citizens must have the ability and knowledge of firearms. For an attack can occur anywhere and the police/military usually come after the carnage has occurred therefore we citizen’s are the only true defense of freedom/peace and must be willing to access that defense if called upon to do so.

When faced with a possible confrontation it’s best to have an offering of peace before any battle is launched.  When Jacob was to encounter  Esau his brother( whom strong animosity had existed before his departure) he offered him much to appease any anger he might have felt before such  arrival occurred . We should do the same when encountering those whom peace seems far removed. Offer them the first Olive Branch or at least let them know the benefits of peace will outweigh’s those of war. During this period you can access your enemy as well to determine any weaknesses should a confrontation become necessary.  This way if they pull out the sword at least you’ve given them a beautiful sheath that would have prevented such actions and have your sword ready in return.

Many times it’s best to keep the mouth zipped and absorb (or pretend) to absorb what others are saying or as Hillary Clinton would say have a “listening tour”.  By keeping your mouth quiet you can truly hear what others are saying and take notes not only on their words but their inflections. This way when you have decided to unzip your response will hit on their key points and the emotion involved as well. Your words might be less but the impact could be greater because you have chosen your words carefully and they reflect on what has already been said.
