Rex Ryan will be staying in NY at least the NY logo after his firing from the Buffalo Bills and going across the river(s) to the NY Jets. The Jet’s are having a worse year then even Buffalo and bringing Rex back to their stadium will bring more seats to the games and more excitement to their team. With Rex the Jets won’t do any worse then this year in at least attendance.
The obituary might say that Carrie Fisher & George Michael died of Heart Failure but if you believe that drugs wasn’t the predominant factor then I have a bridge to sell you. You can only abuse your body for so long before permanent damage is done to your organs and unless you go cold turkey for years on end it will never go away. Two more individuals with extraordinary talent have been lost and we in society will continue to have this plight continue until we realize they can’t help themselves and we must intervene (see INTERVENTION BLOG) to stop their deaths. Your political ideologue might be determined more by who bothers you then what motivates you. For example if you are sick of waiting on government roads and dealing with DMV bureaucracy you’ll probably be leaning more to the right but if you’re sick and tired of business bureaucracy such as waiting to get a new contract for your cell phone or dealing with your insurance company you’ll probably swing more to the left. You could be annoyed on both sides equally and in that case you’re probably an independent. Of course if you don’t like big in any formats then you’ll probably be me.

I was taken from small police precinct on 34th Street to a major holding facility for those in-between. You might say in-between life and death for at this facility nobody was officially even charged with a crime we just waited and waited for up 24-48 hours not having a clue of what was going on and who would represent our truth.
When those prison doors closed I didn’t have a clue what would occur. Of course I trusted the system but if they could get the basic facts screwed up then there was no telling where this would lead. I tried to call my family members but they had all gone out and this was way before cell phones came in use. Finally I got in touch with a friend Kevin Hanratty who somehow managed to find my family at a party that was soon coming to a crash stop. My family somehow managed to find a lawyer who’s first reaction was that I can spend the next 75 years in jail if found guilty of all the charges. What was going on this was a country that I always believed in how could they get this so wrong and now with the words of this lawyer I wondered what was the point of living? It’s strange how those who were considered the worst in society could inspire me to fight on and the few “prisoners” I met were truly good people in bad situations. Throughout my 30 hours in jail I didn’t sleep a minute on my steel bed or eat the bread with ham in it (No Ham for me) but just like the water downed red punch my anger built minute by minute. My mind, body and soul became cold and focused only on getting revenge for the injustice brought upon me.
My parents were able to find a more competent and inspiring lawyer Michael Bachner who was present at my bail hearing which led to my body being released from prison but not my mind or soul. Throughout the next six months I went through numerous exams to prove my innocents including lie detector tests, demonstrating that the location Tom Steven’s said the incident occurred was closed at that time and documenting that I was at home during the time it supposedly occurred. The prosecution finally dropped the charges before a grand jury was called after Tom Steven’s said he would seek that the charges were dropped if some Y.R files were put back in his possession. They must have released how silly it was to go on with a case that was only based on Steven’s vindictive hate.
Though the charges were dropped I continued to be filled with hate and rage until a story from the bible set me straight

Sometimes you have a conversation that is exhausting as if you ran the NY Marathon, accept you’re going in circles. By the time the conversation is over you don’t need a glass of water but the bottle instead. You know from the moment that your mouth is open that you’ll be tired when it’s done but for some reason you still must hit that wall again and again. It’s time to leave the exhaustion at the gym or track and know that there is no value in a conversation that makes you this tired, if only the other person would agree to these rules. Exhausting conversations because sometimes the pain is no one’s gain.
My heart literally skipped a beat when we read about “OVERWORKED HAIR“. Was this shampoo company serious, when did my hair even have a wave of work in it’s schedule? Is there some union of hair complaining about being overworked and under shampooed? All it has to do is stay in place and sit there. This made my other organs a bit frustrated my eyes are lucky if they get a six hour break and if my heart or brain decided they need a break well then I won’t have to worry about my poor overworked hair. I think my hair should spend a day in my hearts cycle … um maybe that’s not a good idea hair and heart doesn’t sound like a good combination. Yet the next time my hair complains about being”overworking” I have a good sense to cut it all of and see how it likes it! A matter of fact I was planning that my overworked hair would get a vacation very shortly as I will be going to the barber shop in a week or so but since it’s complaining maybe a few strands can get the day off starting today. Anyone know a good barber?
How many stars in our life’s must die way before their time fore us to realize the need for an INTERVENTIONIST. Even though today we can’t confirm the actual death of George Michael was due to an overdose, we can say they definitely moved the needle as they did for many George’s/ Jane’s across this land who were stars in their mom/dad’s and loved one’s eyes. An INTERVENTIONIST would step in whenever a loved one asked for their help in stopping their family member or friend from killing themselves with drugs. They would use every legal remedy possible to help this person get off this
Cancer that is killing them and everyone around them including force-ably moving them to a safe zone for them to get clean. We can stop the death of our stars whether it be those on the big stage or own life stage if we just fought the evil of overdosing with drugs by utilizing a true super person an INTERVENTIONIST at our side.
The news of George Michael death sent shock waves into my system. George Michael was the pop star we all could sing to with his catchy lyrics and rhythm that kept the party going. At 53 years old we lost another great musical Icon of the 80’s much too soon. RIP George Michael we have faith you are in a better place.
