    If we are truly want to limit/end abortions then we must provide the tools to prevent these acts from occuring in the first place. We have to realize that those who are most vulnerable in our society are the most likely to have unwanted pregnancies. Therefore not only must we educate them on abstinence but provide them the tools that they need if they ignore such advise. For the government’s prime goal is to protect it’s citizens born and unborn. These following steps would help to insure this occurs.

1) Parents, community and local religious leaders are notified about the classes (below) their children are taking and how they can have a roll in them. Parents are also given the chance to have their children opt out of such classes.

2) Young people are taught the dangers and the moral prospective of sexual activities.

3) Those young people are given a test to make sure they fully understand those principles.

4) These young people are given a photo I.D card which enables them to recieve birth control devices and procedures to prevent pregancy at discounted prices and at various locations.

      We are forbidden to smoke in many locations, forced to wear a seat belt, not allowed to eat transfat etc all in the goal of saving our bodies but we are permitted to kill a separate beating heart in that body?

       It is wrong that disgraced politicians such as Elliot Spitzer, Mark Sanford, and Anthony Weiner have been re-elected or are serious candidates for office.  Don’t get me wrong everyone deserves forgiveness but not without true contrition. It is not good enough for a politician to ask for forgiveness one minute and then run for office the next. We must demand some form of retribution from any disgraced politician.

1) Politicians who leave office in disgrace must pay a fine of at least one week of their salary. This disgrace can occur whether this politician resigns or has been officially censored or any other official notices of misconduct.

2) Disgraced Politicians are unable to run for any political office for at least two terms after they have left office.

3) These individuals must perform voluntary community service for 6 months in one of the areas that were either effected by their actions or could have been affected by their actions.

4) Politicians who are impeached from office are forbidden to run or be appointed for elected office for at least 4 terms (all other conditions also must apply)

The Path to Freedom is never easy/ Egypt Fights Back

We are seeing a groundswell of people seeking freedom from tyrannically regimes but without a strong constitution and separation of powers between the executive, legislative, and judicial branch these efforts will fail.  Citizens must be educated about the significance of a constitution that protects inalienable human rights for all its citizens and a constitution that insures that one sector of the government will not supersede another sector of government. If not these citizens will see history repeat itself .   First chaos will begin then a strong dictator leader will take over to control that chaos and eventually the people.  Governments, institutions, and religious institutions must do more to educate those living under totalitarian regimes so when there day of freedom comes they will be prepared on how to gain it and keep the freedom they deserve.

We all know that initially the state didn’t feel that they should prosecute Mr. Zimmerman for any crime as it relates to the death of Trayvon Martin. Yet the public pressure caused them to rethink their position. Is it possible that the state felt there was no compelling case, but felt that if they must bring a case to prevent violence in their community?  If this possible, then maybe  the state decided to bring such a weak case to actually prove to the public that their initial decision was correct and Mr. Zimmerman is truly not guilty?  Is this just a conspiracy theory or will the facts prove that this is truly the truth.

The people of California voted in a referendum called Proposition 8 that a marriage in California should only be between a man and a wife.  Whether you are for or against “Proposition 8” the decision of the majority of the people should have had it’s day in court and not ignored on technical matters.  It is the duty of the Governor and/or President to defend the law of the land and not ignore a law that they disagree with. When those in executive authority refuse to defend a law then the people who originally proposed the law should have standing in the court so that they can defend challenges to their law and those in executive authority who ignore their duties should be penalized for those decisions.    It is the job of the court to decide whether a law is constitutional not the executive branches of government.

   It is time for the Freedom loving countries, corporation, unions and other foundations to form  a coalition that support and protect basic freedoms for all G-D’s children. There are certain inalienable rights that no government has the right to take away and we should do more to see that this is accomplished. When a country such as North Korea, China, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia etc tries to crush human rights this coalition should support those individuals, and groups that are trying to promote and/or protect them either directly or surreptitiously.

We should initially engage these countries leaders in a friendly way to understand the benefits to them and their regime to allowing basic freedoms in their country such as (economic strength, legitimate power, better relations with other countries) . Yet if they refuse to open the door to freedom even slowly then we must act to see that we allow others have the ability to open that door.

Members of the coalition power structure must adhere to the basic freedoms (ex Bill of Rights)  and have two members from the right and left centers of their political parties on their prospective Senate. Countries who are moving in the directions of freedom can also be members but will not having decisive voting rights. The Coalition power structure will  select a President from the Senate and each country will have an opportunity to lead. The basic human rights will not be amended unless 2/3 of the nations agree to this decision. Businesses, Unions, and Foundations will help with volunteers and financial support.
