    Ted Cruz and Rand Paul would be true Constitutional Presidents.  This doesn’t mean that the rest of the Republican field would not uphold Constitutional authority and restrictions of the office of the Presidency, it just means that Mr. Cruz and Paul would be held to a higher a standard because of their vocal positions on this power.  Any break away in using power outside the constitution would be met with strict opposition from the press and their loyal supporters who would put them in office for this purpose above all else.  Ted Cruz and Rand Paul might have difficulty getting elected to the Presidency though because the media will clearly paint them as extremist that will do away with “needed governmental assistance programs”. They also might have difficult governing if elected because those in power (governmental bureaucrats)  will use every tool box to stop them and have the media elite on their side. Yet make no mistake if elected Ted Cruz and Rand Paul would bring the Constitution back to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

It appears that the White House is betting on a Netanyahu loss for them to win in the Middle East but that is precisely the opposite policy they should follow.  For a Netanyahu victory will insure the Iranian deal their negotiating doesn’t turn out to to be a “Chamberlain Deal” which will destroy their legacy for good.  The administration could blame the failure of the talks (if a bad deal is made) on the interference of the Prime Minister and walk away from the table instead of selling the entire table.   If on the hand if the administration insists on formulating a poor deal then the Prime Minister will due what’s necessary without delay to stop Iran from developing the bomb. If  another Prime Minister wins he/she might be willing to give extra time for the Iranian deal which is what Hitler wanted when developing his arsenal, that resulted in a small conflict turning into a World War.  If the President truly is able to  a good deal with Iran then the Prime Minister would be the best man in his corner to support such a deal.  That is why either way the card is pulled from the deck Prime Minister Netanyahu victory is a victory for President Obama and the world.

Many of us only speak, listen and write to those that support our views so how can be arrive at the truth and with a key Presidential Election around the corner we must rely more on facts then feelings.  It is important for the leader of free world to make you feel good by being the first or speaking “your language” but competence is just as important.  The truth is if anyone has read my blogs will know I’m not the biggest or any what supporter of Hillary Clinton but I’m willing to listen to some facts that I might have ignored for whatever reason. If for some reason those with differing opinions convince me otherwise who knows I could support her (pigs have flown in planes). I know all the political pundits are saying that Hillary is going to run in 2016 but what if they’re wrong. What if the hype is meant for a different goal entirely or if other factors weigh down her decision so she decides it’s not worth jumping in the ring. Here are a just a few reasons (below) why she why might pull out before it’s even begun.  Please feel free to share with the Senator.

(1) She can work behind the scenes to see who the Democratic nominee will be and become a key influence in the future of this party as a whole without having to be observed under the microscope as a nominee is.

(2) The Clinton Foundation has many skeleton’s and bodies (not literally… I think) in the closet that such a run would open up to public scrutiny and even create legal problems for the Clintons.

(3) One of those “deleted emails” is discovered by the “Fifth Estate” or hacker and was of political nature not personal.

(4) This email story doesn’t dissipate in the public eye but grows to both eye’s for even staunch Democrats to see.

(5)   Her laugh is revealed to come from an actual witch.  Okay this one is a bit stupid but any reason not to run is a good reason.

“Net Neutrality” has a positive sound to it but in reality is a disaster for most consumers of internet service. The government is going to try to insure that we all get equal speed when using the internet but as we’ve seen with other governmental regulations it will only slow the service we all receive, cut innovation, and raise our costs. When we try to make things “equal for all” it will always the lower quality we receive as a whole because  the incentive to perfect a system through profits will be eliminated as can be illustrated through the cell phone. When the cell phone first came out it was an expensive large item for only the wealthiest in society at an average cost of  $1000 but do to the desire of companies to increase their profits they found a way to make them less expensive. Competition ensued and now even those with the least among us have cell phones with most of the same games and gadgets that all of us have.  A true system of free enterprise is the best system to keep costs and services at the best level for all because profits are are greater incentive then punishment.

Every conservative candidate running for office is going to be thrown a bunch of  “Gotcha Questions”. The way they answer those questions will help determine how far they truly go up the ladder before the media elite can push you down.  The key point is to answer questions that relate to actual policy decisions but don’t seem to be a politician who tries to avoid answers on the other hand. Preparations is key and it’s fine once in awhile to say I have to explore that more.  It’s a difficult path to weave so here’s 4 Gotcha questions & responses (below) that I believe will work.

 IS PRESIDENT OBAMA A CHRISTIAN? – No person can read the heart and soul of another person and he says he’s a Christian so I accept his words unfortunately his deeds have done harm to those of the faith. Whether it’s the slaughter of Christians in Africa and Syria this President has hardly laid a glove on protecting the innocent among us. 

DO YOU BELIEVE IN CREATIONISM-  I believe that government shouldn’t impose one way of looking at a subject on it’s employers and their children.  It’s important that respectful discussion and debate on various beliefs is not only tolerated but promoted in our schools.   My position on creationism or evolution will not be up for a policy decision but the decision of imposing one belief in our schools through secular humanism unfortunately is.

WOULD YOU FAVOR MAKING ABORTION ILLEGAL EVEN FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN RAPED?  This question is silly since no legislation or court decision is even suggested related to this topic. What is proposed is that a person under 17 years old get permission from a parent before she get’s an surgery? If a young person can’t buy a beer or go to an R Rated movie without parental consult before she’s 18 surely she shouldn’t have a surgery without that consent . There is also legislation to ban sex selection abortion where an unborn child is aborted just because she’s a woman or man. These are the types of bills I’m in favor of.

DO YOU WANT TO BAN GAY MARRIAGE  I believe every adult should be able to have a loving relationship with another adult without restriction from the government but believe the importance of traditional marriage especially as it relates to raising children must be cemented as a bedrock if we are to continue you as a society.  We have too many children being brought up in single parent households and that is putting too much of a strain on those parents, children and society as a whole
