Does this happen to you?

Do you ever feel that you are either being ignored or you can’t get a moments rest? For example just when a moment of brilliance is about to revealed some person starts yapping away and you forget it. You don’t want to be rude and tell that person to shut the …. up but you know what I mean.  Or on the other hand when you are bored nobody has time to talk. You feel like a lonely pussy cat (above)

It’s a paradox in life that I  have found a way to conquer or at least live with. To get my moment of brilliance I wake up at the crack of dawn. In truth I might not actually be brilliant then but at least I have time to think.  On the other hand when nobody has time to talk I find that special voice from reading a book, listening to music, or watching a movie on a subject that others might find boring.

How do you deal with these situations? I’d love to know.

Key Number two-Freedom and Peace in the Middle East

the key

As long as one group receives all the benefits from keeping another group down then there will continue to be dictatorship and despots in the middle east. The group that has been kept in shackles in the Middle East are the same people who are primarily responsible for their growth, woman.  They have tolerated abuse not only in their families, traditions  but in  governance as a hole and they must fight back.

Woman are denied basic rights  in many Middle Eastern countries that many in the west take for granted. These may include  deny woman the right to work, vote,  drive a car, or even go to school. Not only do these woman suffer but their society as a whole but not developing the grant talents that these woman have.   They are also treated like second or third class citizens in their own home. Those in power try to claim that Islam and customs cause this to occur but the truth is that it is no more then a power grab.  Woman in these countries need to unite and demand that their basic inalienable human rights must not be denied.  Those in the west must support these woman who valiantly take such a stand. For as these woman basic human rights rise the decline of the dictator and despot will occur. These leaders will fall like a deck of cards and in return the world will be a better more peaceful place.

One Key-To freedom and peace in the Middle East

One key to establishing freedom and peace in the Middle East can be found in supporting the free enterprise system in those countries.  Businesses that seek to make a profit will need to hire the most talented in their society whether they be male, female or individuals from the majority or minority party in their country.  These individuals who might not normally associate with each other will have to work together and by so doing will learn that their past prejudices were incorrect. A friendship can develop and in so doing a feeling of empathy for others plights might help change the discriminatory practices that are occurring in the state. To enable this to occur we should support companies that enable all their employees the chance to move to the top based on only the talent they bring to the table. Eventually these enterprises will prove to society as a whole that laws  and societal practices that discriminate based on sex or majority/minority position in society are not only wrong but counterintuitive to running a successful prosperous society.

No black No white

Lazy people invented the term black and white. Let’s face it there’s no true black or white person we’re are instead a combination of brown’s and tan.  Imagine if instead of the simple term of defining people as black or white we had to use more accurate terms like Point Pleasant, Runyon Canyon Tan, Ebony etc.

If this occurred  then maybe it would be harder to define people according to the color of their skin because there are just too many varieties in the color scheme. Would we then just forget about it and judge each other as individuals in this scheme or would we all attack the evil Pancake Syrup color? Note color names  based on the Benjamin Moore Paint Chart.

No more Syria’s

The world community waits as dictators utilize brutal means to hold on to power. How many times have we read this headline and felt helpless? How can we  continually watch country after country deny basic G-D given human rights to it’s people?  It’s time the world took a stand that truly made a difference. The “Freedom Coalition” will insure that stand is taken.

The Freedom Coalition will be made up of countries that practice basic human rights, non-profit organizations, profit organizations and labor unions. Basic human rights consist of the “freedom of the press”, “freedom of speech”, the right to vote, freedom of religion, right to assemble, protection of minority views etc.  The countries that are part of this coalition must also have separation of powers to insure the rights of their citizens are continually protected. This group will be broad enough to invite those from various political perspectives but narrow enough on” basic human rights “so that most countries can join.   When a country violates basic G-D given rights of  individuals or groups the “Freedom Coalition” will go into action (see below).

(1) It will state to the world the violations that are occurring.

(2) Support will be given to the freedom loving opposition. This support will be financial, economical, educational (ex development of a constitution) clandestine, and military aid if necessary.

(3) They will demand a buffer zone to enable such individuals and groups to live in free of government abuse.

NSA National Security + Protecting the whistle blower

Posted by Bruce - in Blog, Philosophy, Political, Solutions - No Comments

I believe you can have National Security without living in a police state. I believe that for this to occur there must be a mechanism to protect the whistle-blower and insure that his/her concerns are addressed.  After Benghazi,  NSA , and the IRS scandal these reforms must be enacted ASAP (see below)

(1) An office is set up for civilians and those who work with National Security to anonymously report abuses.

(2) Individuals who place a report with the office are given a number where they can tract the progress of their complaint and print copies of it. They are given a time frame when an address to the complaint must be received.

(3) This report is immediately given to those in the departments who can make the needed changes.  They must respond to the complaint in a time-frame that is dependent  on the seriousness of the report.

(4) If the individual is unsatisfied with the response of the report they notify the office which then sends the report to a congressional committee responsible for handling these issues. The congressional committee is  given a time table to response to this complaint.

(5)  If the individual is still unsatisfied with that response then the office will send this report in general (to avoid security concerns) to respected officials in the press.

(6) If the report leads to improvements in the system. The individual receives a reward for their help in improving the system (anonymously if need be) .

Freedom of Choice- Not in Nanny NJ

I believe families  should be able to make their own decisions on what issues effect their families and the treatment or lack thereof to deal with these issues.  I believe the nuclear family is the key to our survival as a country and that government should be limited in restricting the rights of parents to raise their children as they deem fit. I also believe that the government shouldn’t have their faith supersede the faith of families.  If you agree with this position then how can Governor Christie ban a therapy just because he disagrees with the position?  Therefore Governor’s Christie’s  law barring licensed therapists from trying to turn gay teenagers straight is wrong and should be overturned by the courts.
