Life moves at such a rapid pace that sometimes we don’t take the time to reflect on all G-D’s miracles that occur in an instant. Whether it be the air we breathe being just right to support our life or the sun just being in the exact spot to assure we don’t actually suffer global boiling. That is why I believe a day of rest (Sabbath) is such an important event because we can collect our thoughts and spend quality time with the one’s we love without worrying about the “Speed of Life”
I’m going to New Hampshire to help Carly Fiorina in the Primary because I believe she is an excellent candidate, who speaks with clarity, has great intellect and would be one of the toughest opponents against Hillary Clinton but that doesn’t mean I’m closing the door on the rest of the G.O.P field especially Marco Rubio. I also must note that the Fiorina campaign appears very receptive and warm to grass root supporters and seems to have an excellent organization. I was contacted by the Fiorina campaign because they were concerned about my loyalty and I’m here to tell you the truth that my loyalty is with G-D and country first. I don’t believe at this juncture that I should put all my marbles in one box but keep my mind, eyes and soul open as I pay attention to what is occurring in the race. If for some reason my honesty impairs my ability to play a bigger role in the campaign then so be it because it is more important for me to be true to myself then to lie to a campaign.
“President Obama’s Executive Action on Guns result in Death…” G-D willing this news won’t cross the wires and even if it did occur I’m not sure the press wouldn’t cover the truth this way. For those who need mental health treatment, because of issues such as paranoid schizophrenia, will be less likely to get the help they need, for fear of governmental intrusion. This is especially true of our Veterans that suffer from PTSD and also are trained in firearms. Many of them don’t understand how sick they are but are clear about what the government is trying to do. I understand the fear and emotion the President felt as he laid down his Executive Action on guns but logic not emotions should carry the day. It also will be ineffective for anything done from the top down is proven less effective then bottom up. Here is a solution (below) that will truly work.
(1) Gun Store Training- Give incentives to gun stores so that they will have their employees participate in a class that help identify behaviors of individuals who might have mental health issues, which would make ownership of such equipment detrimental to themselves and the public at large. They also will be trained on how to deal with such situations if they occur.
(2) Mental Health Professionals- Should be trained on how to discuss the gun issue with clients that are in treatment (letting a family member take control of such devices while they are working on these issues) and be able to contact law enforcement authorities that are trained in dealing with those with such issues should it be necessary. These mental health officials would not be in violation of the Hipaa Oath if this occurs.
(3) Mental Illness- Those who are in treatment for mental health issues should feel comfortable that the government won’t impair their 2nd Amendment rights as long as that treatment continues and is successful.
Most of the mistakes that occurred during the process of making my film happened when I let go or held on to tight. It’s best to have hands on a project overseeing the talent without putting your hands in the pot and actually stirring. For when you try to control everything it leaves no room for others to play the roles they need to perform and destroys creativity. Yet if you leave it to “the experts” they will continue to find another artistic way to spend your monies and/or time. Post Production only finalized when I decided to put my hands over the mix. The distribution process on the other hand has not met it’s potential because those rights were sold to someone else. The truth is even I had my hands dirty it still could have resulted in the same outcome or worse but at least I would still hold onto that flower instead of let it drift away.
I love a bargain and today some of the best bargains in town can be found on Wall Street. Stocks that have good value are on sale like never before and although their recovery might not be as quick as you like that doesn’t mean they’re not worth holding on for the long term. The truth is we might be heading toward an economic slow down and some stocks might not fully recover but most good quality companies will and there are certain stocks that can out perform when the economy is on the down rode. Here are just a few that I would consider and why I would make such an investment. Please note I would also stay clear of stocks that have a high profile in China because of the current situation.
(1) Dollar Tree (DLTR)– During poor economic times people still want to spend monies and a dollar is still a bargain plus with the economy hurting they will be able to get pricing and more selection. (Just a note already own it)
(2) Wendy’s (WEN)- People still need to eat and Wendy’s has a following that people will still go to. (Own it as well)
(3) Google (Goog) How many times a day do you Google and this is a company that continually keeps on innovating.
I’m considering writing the most important and difficult screenplay I’ve ever attempted called “Rebirth”. It will tell the story of a holocaust survivor showing the years before it occurred, during this awful time but most of the script will deal with their rebirth afterwards when they come to America to start a new life. If I attempt such a script the chances are it probably won’t be made into a movie in my lifetime and will take an extraordinary amount of hours to complete yet if I don’t a story that needs to be told will be forgotten by too many.
If you can come in last place for the “Power Ball” I’m sure my ticket would win. For last nights winning numbers were 2,11, 47 , 62, 63, 17 and mine were 4 (2 off) 34 (22 off) 47 (got one) 51 (11 off) 59 (4 off) and 13 (4 off) or just plain pathetic. I guess I’ll have to put off my Presidential run for the White House …. at least until Saturday when it will be the biggest drawing ever. I think if I win that one I’ll just buy an island instead and have an awesome party which will be telecast around the world. Well it’s nice to dream.
The North Korean evil regime has been a menace on the world station for too long, supplying mass destruction weapons to evil regimes, killing it own people by the millions, and continuing to threaten it’s neighbors/world with nuclear annihilation It’s time they are overthrown. China is the key to this revolution for they know where all the weapon systems are kept as well as the weaknesses in this regime. Therefore a secret deal should be made where the U.S and it’s allies would support an invasion by China and allow them to annex land as an incentive. The U.S. and it’s allies could support this invasion as well and claim additional lands for South Korea, if such an agreement in advance can be made. This way the Korean Peninsula can be free of this evil regime, those pursuing underground nuclear programs will be deterred (Iran) and the world as a whole will be much more peaceful.
At the age of sixteen I was working as a cashier at Shop-Rite when I heard those two dreaded words “You’re Fired”. You were allowed to be over or under by ten dollars three times and then the ax would come out and it was sharp. They were right but it still caused a great deal of pain couldn’t they give me another chance? Yet when the tables are turned you have to realize when to let someone go and not try to feel so guilty about not giving them that next chance. This can be just as stressful as the one who got the axe for you never know how that person might react at that moment or later in life. Yet when you bend the rules for one everyone expects that same twist and that can hurt productivity or morale. If on the other hand you are inflexible as I still believe “Shop- Rite” was (my cashier would have been after day 3) then you will never gain that extra touch of loyalty. Therefore having the courageous/confidence to do what is “right” might be more difficult then being one who is asked to leave.
If someone took a time machine from the 1980’s and turned on their MTV they would believe they went back to the Medieval Times. Yes, I understand that there was no television in the Medieval Times but there is also no music on Music Television that is what MTV stands for! Maybe the “History Channel” can start playing music while the “Animal Planet” starts producing historical stories. This is enough to confuse any remote controller. I understand you must give your consumer what they want but you don’t see Oreo’s producing laundry detergent. Please MTV go back to some music I for one one would love for my channels to make some sense.
