There is no greater fear then dealing with a loved one with an untreated mental illness. Not only must you fear that any word or action could set them off on an illogical and dangerous path but their recovery can come in an instant out of know where.  You walk on egg shells never no which egg will crack and how you truly can help them.  When dealing with such individuals as hard as it may seem you must help yourself first. For only when you truly understand the sickness from outside can you get them the help they need to battle it from the inside. Vontaze Burfict is in need of immediate anger management because his headhunting incident cost his team not only the playoff game against the dreaded Pittsburgh Steelers but millions in revenue.  Of course the NFL will fine him but ever time a team goes further in the playoffs their revenue goes up (advertising,  Jersey’s, etc, etc). It was less then a minute left in the game and if he had only had a bit less vengeance in his head he would have seen a better near term future.  Quick acts of anger can cost us a lifetime of misery so let’s learn to think with our head and note use it as a weapon.

The stock market has had it’s worst beginning week of the new year, an ISIS inspired attack nearly kills a policemen in Philadelphia, the evil regime of North Korea has tested a new Nuclear Device, Iran & Saudi Arabia are closer to war, Iran hardliners have used the Nuclear deal to crush dissent is there anything positive to read in today’s papers? Well there is one piece and it comes from a usual evil source “El Chapo”.  The capture of this drug kingpin (for now) who is responsible for death of thousands allows the world to breathe a sigh of relief before it inhales another breath of despair.

   If I win the Powerball you win as well !!!! For ever person that I meet I will give them at least one hug.  Okay maybe that’s not so great but that is many more  hugs then I’ve given before and my arms will be tired.  I also will buy coffee and drinks for everyone in the house wherever I might go.  The truth is with people knowing who I am I might have to hide in my house a bit more … I guess I’ll have to have a larger coffee pot.  On a more serious note if I was to win those monies I would try to my last breath to implement as many of the ideas listed in this blog as possible and in so doing try to make this world a bit better then it was the day before I win (G-D willing) the Powerball.

He is the most ruthless, vicious criminal of our times who has more blood on his hands then many a terrorist group. More young people have died from the bullets and illegal substances he’s sold then by any other means. Yet some will portray as some kind of hero who has escaped justice over and over again.  To be honest his evil dealings have brought great wealth to his friends and family but at the despair of the rest of the world as those bullets of death (in the form of gun powder or Heroin) continue to unleash terror in communities and families around the globe.   If the Mexican government can’t insure that this evil is exterminated from the public view then it must be up to the world to make sure he doesn’t see the light of day.
