I and you probably need to forget where we were 2 hours ago (depending on your time zone). For the more we remember or even think about the better chance we’ll return and it is not a place we should not return to for at least 16 hours… well at least me. Even if we close our eyes and take a moment to gather that thought we will be in that world instead of the one where the coffee is real. So let us pledge to forget about it until it’s time has come and then we can think about it all night long.
5 Napkin Burger is not only the place to have a great burger but a Cucumber Soda as well. That’s right I had a Cucumber Soda at a burger place and it was so refreshing with a hint of lime. This restaurant also had an incredible Veggie Burger that was served on a delicious multi-grain roll. A Veggie Burger that stunned my neighbors as it appeared to be a raw burger in the color of red. I had to top this delicious unusual meal at a burger place with some of the best hummus I’ve had in years. 5 Napkin Burger is a great restaurant that serves incredible dishes I’m just not sure about the Burger part.

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is the world’s # 1 enemy. While Iran is evil it doesn’t have the resources to mount the current destruction North Korea does. We have tried negotiations for over a decade and found that every step we give has ended in two steps backward for world peace and security. Kim Jong Un is also a man not afraid to kill who ever he feels get’s in his way of staying in power whether it’s any poor citizen’s or a 1/2 brother who is escaped from his terror reign into Malaysia. He is also willing to sell his weapons of mass destruction to the highest bidder. That is why the world must use whatever means necessary to either contain him, eliminate his weapons of mass destruction, or find a way for a regime change. These new steps are difficult to take but we have no choice when dealing with the world’s #1 enemy.
A Bronx Tale is a fine musical but is far from either West Side Story or Jersey Boy maybe as far as Iowa. If you’re from, work or enjoy either a bit of the Bronx or Mafia in your life you’ll enjoy it a pinch more. The songs and dancing are nothing to write home about and the story is great before the intermission. After the intermission you feel as if there trying to rush to many theme’s together too quickly. So you might say after such criticism why should I give it a decent review let’s just I know a bit about the Bronx and Iowa isn’t bad as well.

Sorry Tony but you shouldn’t have messed with Breitbart. For your boycott of this real news led me down a familiar great taste of Cheerios. There is something about these little round objects that always taste good to make stomach morning and night. They never appear to become square even though their taste is quite simple and familiar with my taste buds. It is a taste proven time and again to satisfy my hunger thirst when something more bold just won’t. Cheerios you are SIMPLE GREAT!
It was the game you had to watch and I was there for the moment’s that counted. G-D only knows why I turned on the T.V at that precise moment but with less then 2 minutes left in the game I was able to catch probably the greatest hi lights before they happened of the entire 2017 NCAA basketball tournament. Timing is everything and sometimes you have and sometimes you don’t. Last night I had it and without further ado today you do (see below) … of course that’s if you don’t turn on the sports news.

If your faith has left you with the skin but not the flesh inside, these blog posts will be for you. First let me state I’m not a member of any clergy but read the good book and many other books in my life. I also will state these may not be the answers you seek but are the answers that have filled the gaps in my 50 + years of life no matter what the hat I was wearing or the place life was turning. I can also state if a logical reason proves these answers wrong or sends me in a different direction then that is the way I will move.
WHY ARE WE HERE? – Every person’s is put in this place at this time because G-D has a special mission only they can fulfill. Just like a good film there are other missions along the way that we may have to conquer to get to our own special purpose but in the end the fulfillment of this key to our door. Yet G-D being all wise and kind will allow us another time and place(reincarnation) to try again if weren’t successful it just might require a few more steps to get there.
NEW THOUGHT- If we are successful in our mission we might be given a better role to start in our next life that will still require our special unique character to fulfill.
When someone in positions of leadership refuse to speak on an issue because it’s “political” they are speaking loud and clear. Their silence is not golden but rings “of approval” even though no words are said as such. Don’t get me wrong for a leader to take a strong position might divide those whom they lead and might even put their position in jeopardy but I ask then what is that you want to lead anyway. Further note there are ways to approach a subject with inferences that lead any listener to understand your point of view without saying it in actual words. Great movies/art are not preachy but some how a message can peak through. Therefore I ask those in power to speak truth even if the P.C police are nearby for they may arrest you but can’t silence a strong voice of character.
Sing Street is the type of movie that you see for the art as much as the entertainment. For just as a piece of art must start with the basic material this films explores the basic mindset of person who becomes a musician. This film is no Picasso but it’s worth looking at for a few hours. Sing Street is singable but I’m not sure that it is truly memorable.

As the movement to legalize drugs becomes more prevalent maybe we should take a step back and look at Artie Lange. This extremely talented man was just arrested for Heroin an Cocaine possession and tweeted he doesn’t think he’s going to make it. While Artie Lange is a famous individual fighting this addiction in the public light millions suffer privately in their own pain day by day. These individuals don’t suffer alone but bring down families, friends and even the communities they live in. I can’t understand why someone takes the first smoke, shot, or swallow but once they put these poison’s in their bodies it takes over too many lives.
I understand the ration debate of taking these substances away from criminal elements and regulating/taxing but also must accept the emotional pain they bring not just on the individual user but their loved ones and even society as a whole. Maybe legalization will be better but that still is not good enough. Let us realize that some around us are in a deeper pain then we know and help lead them to healthy ways to deal with that anguish then poison’s that take away their very soul. G-D willing someday this debate will end as we all realize in our ways that life is a gift best enjoyed without the need of additives that might bring a moment but end in a disaster.
