Can you judge?

justice

Your favorite player from your team has been cut and replaced by another, the restaurant manager you love has left and another has come in their place, your friend has gone and another is waiting to join his/her ranks will you really let them? For when someone you have trusted is now gone how much trust can you put in their replacement? Will the pain of losing this individual truly go away or will it be displaced on the “other”?  We have lost someone we cared for  due to retirement or termination and how we deal with their replacement will determine what kind of judge we truly are.  First we must understand the feeling we have in side before we can judge another for if not the face of justice is truly unbalanced.

thinking

While many will walk away while we think how we can change the world or  hair one will always stand (or sit) by us. They will never walk away in disgust with our remarks and can not be embarrassed by our silly jokes. This one is clear to see for everyone whether they are people of faith or not, blind or deaf, or ones who appear to be sitting alone.  In the end this one says one word and even when we are at our lowest moments our mood can change. ….ruff.

talk like a pirate day   talk like a pirate day 2

Aaarrrggghhh I’ve asked all fellow Buccaneer’s to boycott Krispy Creme today for their Bilge sucking to our culture  “Speak like a Pirate Day” but as you can see (above) a fellow Bucko posted his Blow Me down picture right on Google. Avst ye for this Bucko will soon Walk the Plank for his a disgrace to our Jolly Roger.  If he was a Lad we could excuse such behavior at least he could have gone  to Long John Silver their serving Fish instead.  Lucky for him I left my Cutlas in the head. Aarrggghh!

Meter Hero

Parking ticket super hero

You found the perfect spot or so it seems until you see that evil orange envelope.  You need a “hero” to save the day but the cape isn’t necessary.  Just call the 1-800 number and tell them where you parked, vehicle description,  time you parked, provide payment and will insure that your meter won’t expire until your back in your loving car. No more rushing between appointments to feed the meter your hero will save the day.  Isn’t it time that you paid a hero instead of the city “Meter Hero” will hopefully come to your rescue in the near future.

STANDIN

friendly person

We should go to that meeting or event but we’re just not in the mood or a bit tired; don’t worry just call your STANDIN. This website service will find the perfect representative to attend that special event and bring back the business or other contacts that might be helpful in your life.  The STANDIN service can also provide you with a written report of who they’ve seen, what actually occurred and facts to others about your exciting project and/or product.  You can’t be in 2/3 places at once but with a STANDIN you’ll get the benefits as if you could.

Shabbos & $

pile of money

Money is the paper that gives one person the power to make another person do almost anything (at least some) that is why it’s so important that we try not to use it for Shabbos. For if we don’t use currency for this day we know that those we meet and things we do are truly dependent on a higher authority.  Even though we should realize that without G-D money has no power, just like breathing in air without oxygen is futile, not using monies brings this point to life.  Shabbos should be a time to think about the things that last past the dollar in our pocket such as our relationship with G-D and the loved ones he has brought into our life’s.

CNN Presidential Debates – Positive-Negative- Neutral-A P.J. Perspective

CNN PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE 2015

As a Political Junkie last night I got my fix but the day after is what really counts.  Which candidates will help me get through the day without having to sneak more of this addiction? I’ve picked the winner of the debate but in most cases they either were positive for the campaign, negative for the campaign or just neutral with tidbits along the way.   They are placed in order of winners at least at first.  I have also decided to list the neutral candidates that aren’t drawing much attention together as a group.   Please share your thoughts as well.

WINNER -Carly Fiorina – She had depth, emotion, humor and honesty all wrapped up in a face we all should look at. The only negative is sometimes she extended her point past the moderation tolerance and she tried to jump in but considering the moderators I believe some jumping was called for.   A- Moved Up

Marco Rubio- His depth of foreign policy was unmatched except for Mrs. Fiorina as well as his passion.  He should have jumped in the debate a bit earlier, his jokes missed their mark and he appeared at times to be reading from his campaign speech. B + Moved Up

Donald Trump- Showed a more compassionate side if only for a moment, was a bit less antagonistic  and was the funniest by far. Yet never showed any depth he didn’t lose any support but didn’t gain any major support. I moved him up since he was nicer.   C + Moved up (just inch)

Jeb Bush- Had a moment or two of passion especially when speaking about his brother but still was less then exciting.  Resume talk also can be wasted time away from policy yet his passion probably helped him add a vote or two. C + Positive

NEUTRAL – Scott Walker, Mike Huckabee, Ted Cruz, Rick Santorium, Chris Christie, Lindsey Graham, Bobby Jindal

Rand Paul- Was left as the eleventh person on the table and although had different positions on the issues then the other candidates didn’t appear to have the same passion as the last debate.  C- Negative

Ben Carson- He came across as bland without the humor or depth ( especially on foreign policy) that would have helped him continue his rise. C- Negative

John Kasich- Appeared to be whining at various parts of the debate and lacked the passion he had at the first debateC- Negative.
