Trump Bite
I’ve eaten my vitamins, done my exercise and tried to listen to others but I think the “Trump Bite” is coming over me. It might just be something similar to a late summer flu but for some reason I can’t shake it. To put it bluntly I’m starting to believe that Donald Trump might be the right person to be in the “White House“. I’ve tried to be logically about why this shouldn’t be the case (ex temperament, shallow answers etc) but he’s such a powerful leader with strong convictions that he’s not afraid to fight for that I’m afraid I might not be able to shake it. There are great candidates that I’ve liked all along such as Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz, Ben Carson etc but I feel the Trump Bite is trying to push them away. My only solution is to take my medicine and watch the Presidential Debates but until then I’m enjoying this one bite.

Basic Judaism & Justice
I was quite disturbed when a respected religious clergy said that “Jewish Law” meant a presumption of guilty. I apologize in advance if there was some tid bits that I missed in this meaning but as soon as I heard this I was flabbergasted. Maybe in the times of Talmud there was such great judges that this could have occurred but in today’s times that appears to be out of place. For I believe in my bones that a person must be presumed to be innocent before an judgement is passed. It is better to error in the course of innocents because we must believe that G-D seeks the final judgment not us. I even quote the bible (loosely) to stand up for my convictions in which a person accused of murder is given a sanctuary city where they can stay to protect themselves against the redeemer of their blood. Here are some of the problems (below) that could occur if someone was presumed guilty.
(1) NO TESTIMONY– Why would you need to allow a person to present their case to those who have accused if him/her if you’ve already decided the verdict?
(2)EXTREME PUNISHMENT– Those assumed to be guilty would receive an undue punishment that didn’t fit the crime because judges would sit in a holy then thou position.
(3) NO EXCUSE– There would be no way to present a different picture of what occurred and truly be listened to, if guilty was already decided.
(4) INNOCENT WOULD BE CONDEMNED– No matter how fair your justices would be some innocent people would slip through those cracks and their life’s would be destroyed.

Trump/Hillary = Wall
No matter what you throw out Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump it won’t stick to the wall of their supporters. They have accepted these candidates for whom they are and for being “that type of person”. The truth is neither candidate is a hypocrite based on the way they’ve conducted their political and business life throughout their lives and that is what counts most to their supporters. You might lie consistently but that is what Hillary does so what difference does it make? You might be crude or even rude as Trump can be, but his supporters aren’t afraid to get in the dirt and roll around a bit. The only thing that can stop their support is if that wall begins to crumble with hypocritical actions. If Donald Trump refuses the bait when it was offered or if Hillary actually showed deep remorse for her actions then maybe cracks in that wall would appear. I don’t see these actions in the near future so we can predict their wall of supporters will be there throughout this campaign season.

Basic Judaism & Hyprocite
It is better to be an honest sinner then one that masks their sins behind a cloth. We should always strive to be as good as we can be but never act holy then we are. For example someone who wears the garb of a deeply spiritual person must keep his mind and soul on what is in front of him not only the good book he/she is reading. It should not be a costume that you present to the world but the honest deal for better or even worse. Nothing hurts those that strive to be holier then to see one they believe to be holy tumble to the ground and without a step of remorse in between.

My Stock Picks
While many investors will run away from a bear market I’m looking to dive right in. Of course I must make sure the water is clear before such a jump. Therefore I’m looking for stocks that have been beaten up and should move up even if the economy stalls. Here are a three stock picks I’m looking into. Please share your thoughts.
(1) Walgreens- (Stock Symbol WAG) In good or bad times people still need there medicine.
(2) Dollar Tree (Stock Symbol DLTR) A dollar is a bargain no matter where the economy is moving and with China lowering their currency they’ll be more choices and profits at this store.
(3) Taco Bell (YUM brands) People still want to go out to eat but spend a bit less so places such as Taco Bell and KFC should see growth in their markets.

Worst Criminal
I’d be a horrible criminal for even when I spill Milk I feel guilty way after it’s dry. In a weird sense I sorta envy those that don’t have to carry the feeling of guilt all day and night long. For example last night I couldn’t go to sleep because an email I meant to send to a few went to a few more then expected. All these scenario’s played in my head until sleep was the only penalty that I didn’t allow to occur. If the President, Trump and Clinton can get rid of guilt while the milk is still spilling surely I can learn to get rid off it once it’s dried.
