Sometimes I have to let another’s talent sing for itself even if it sang before. I’m not sure if the reaon was I was too drunk and forgot to put this song on my blog or just a few extra Gray hairs made me think it didn’t occur. So play it one more time whether it’s already been posted or it’s the first time the reason is simple it’s a great, fun end of weekend song.

Shabbos is a little piece of Heaven I get once a week. For Heaven is a place where I believe one doesn’t worry about the mundane but deal with the higher order of purpose. Shabbos gives us that chance to escape all our worries for the moment and live in peace and happiness with the one’s we love. If that’s not Heaven then I’m not sure where the Gates really are.
After this week I realized that the stock market is just a more expensive craps table. For if you want to really make monies you have to be in it for the long slides so that when the dice/stocks get hot you’ll have the fever as well. Sometimes players stay in too long when the dice/stocks are too hot and they get burned. Other times they pull out just when the market or table begins to turn. Either way play with the monies that you can lose for in the end you really never know when the table or market will get cold.
Today and tonight they are filming the “Bud Rebel” Show which causes a bit of conflict in traditional faith paths although I’ve found a road which I will climb. For Shabbos is not a time when one is to perform business and in sense the filming of the Bud Rebel show during this time period is such. The only exceptions are to save a life which is the one path I hope to use. For although I won’t literally grab a person about to drown I hope my inspirational thoughts about G-D’s role in my life and actions caught on camera will help those who are about to jump in the water. Who knows if it will work all I know is I’m going to try and that is what Bud Rebel is truly about.
Today is National Pizza and National Bagel Day and as a proud Jewish American is there really a choice. Of course the worst slice of Pizza beats the best Bagel Sesame Seeds down that is unless that bagel is steaming hot with melted Swiss and Tomato inside. Come to think of it that is sorta like a piece of Pizza anyway. Well here is one way we can all get along (see below) whichever bite we like better.
FOOTNOTE– This should be an everything bagel.

Today I heard one of the greatest live speeches that I probably have heard in my lifetime from an unusual source a hardware distributing company President. John Venhuizen President of Ace Hardware knew exactly where to put in all the nuts and bolts to make the type of speech which stays in your heart and soul. Mr. Venhuizen was able to weave personal experiences, humor, and even heartstrings into a speech that could have inspired an entire nation let alone a large group of hardware stores. What also was quite impressive was his ability to make sure that even the points that might appear a bit bland were drilled into one’s head with inspiration and even his unique form of modesty. If John Venhuizen decides to throw his hat in the political field he already has the speech to take him to the top.
I understand and respect different political views but can’t we all believe that it is good that unemployment is down and at historic lows for African Americans as well as Hispanic Americans? Is it more important that the economy does well under your watch or the watch of those that elected you to power whether there is a D or R in front of your name? The notion of not standing up and cheering for values that 99 % of Americans can agree because it comes from the mouth of a President you generally disagree with and/or you believe your constituents do is bizarre. We are all one family the American family and even if we have disputes with each other we should all cheer when we are winning no matter who is at the plate.
I never killed anyone I just didn’t save them. It probably wouldn’t have worked anyway for these were the patients who never really took care of themselves anyway. Overweight, under exercised they would have died even with a real diagnosis so why not tilt it to the negative and make some positive green for my family. Life Insurance really pays especially when it’s in another’s name. Medical insurance isn’t paying like it used and with the children going to college it’s best I take care of the living then the one’s who couldn’t pay the bill. The truth is I took a vow to do harm but not one to always help. So call me the Cardio- Killer if you must and remember maybe it’s best to get a 2nd opinion.
Is the person who makes us laugh and/or sing worth it? For how many excuses do we give these individuals for their poor judgement which we wouldn’t give in any other profession? Can you imagine if your local store owner decided to take a break for 6 months (as the main character did) how quick that store would be closed. If our doctor decided to use 1/2 the amount of drugs of said individual would he still have an office practice let alone an operating table? How many women would continue to seek the company of a man who has much loyalty as a leaf in a wind storm if they couldn’t draw laughter from a large audience? It all is really a big joke which isn’t a bit funny.
