President VP Enemies

In today’s time it’s inconceivable that the President and Vice President could be political enemies but don’t tell that to our founding fathers. For if my reading in “Hamiliton by Ron Chernow is correct then this is a common occurrence in the founding of this nation whether it’s George Washington and John Adams or the more transparent with Thomas Jefferson and Aaron Burr this appeared to be a common thread. In the case of Thomas Jefferson and Aaron Burr these individuals were tied to become our 3rd President and only after 36 votes in the House was Thomas Jefferson made the President while Aaron Burr the angry Vice President. It is an amazing read especially since it appears true. It is if today Donald Trump became the President and Hillary Clinton the Vice President wow could history repeat itself?

Leave or Stay

DEDICATED TO THE WOMAN ON THE EDGE

My emotional side says I should leave him but another side is pulling me back in. Which side is really wrong/right for me and my family? Sometimes he appears abusive to me not in the physical sense although it has come to that as we’ve taken our swings but more on the emotional side such as “could I do better” and “they look happier”. It is not as if he’s been totally cruel I’m just so confused. Here’s what I’m dealing with (below).

CHILDREN- There not babies but any separation pulls children apart in a harmful way.

SUPPORT- We have drifted away or never real sailed the same ship when it comes to many of the pulses that ignite the heart.

MOVING- Separating items is never easy when leaving after you lived together and how do you pick up that important item you left behind.

VOID- He may not be perfect but he fills that void of having an extra body in your life.

MONIES- If I wasn’t married this cost would be easier to access but he’s basically the bread winner and do I really want to start working extra hours to support my basic life style.

TIME- How much time do I really spend him when I consider my work and even private time? Is the cost of a few hours in a week really worth the time, effort and monies it cost to separate.

FAMILY & FRIENDS- Most of the other people in my life are related to his life do I really want to start a new.

Maybe I can change and by so doing see this picture in a whole new light.

Donald Golden Rule

Would someone from the campaign teach Donald the Golden rule that sometimes “Silence is Golden”. Every time his campaign seems to be on an upswing he decides to take an upper cut on an opponent that isn’t in the ring, which makes him look more like a reality star then a person running for President. Today it’s Joe Scarborough and it’s accusing him of an affair. Donald as a financial supporter to the campaign you have just given $’s to Joe Scarborough as more people will watch Morning Joe then if you kept your mouth closed. I’m even going to listen (I’m driving to work) to hear his response. Who cares other then page six and Hillary Clinton because you just took her latest email controversy off the front page. A new controversy that could have political as well as legal ramifications for her race against you. If he just kept his mind and fingers on the right topic Hillary Clinton he would continue to rise up and she would fall down. It’s time that they let Donald be Donald but with a sock in the ready for the times he’s too much like a reality show star instead of an individual running for President.

LIKE FACEBOOK?

Does this seem bizarre to you as well? They put up a picture of an ill person on Facebook and underneath the picture is “Like” button. Of course there might be some subtext about how this individual is fighting this sickness or problem but it still seems sorta mean to “Like It”. How about we add a new button but what would it say if we said “SUPPORT” then would we support them having the sickness or battling it? I have reconciled to just add a prayer under the person who is suffering and sharing these messages with others. I believe this way the message and hope can ring true.

Finn Balor WWE VS OLYMPICS

While real athletes struggle to win Olympic Goals the feats of an actor capture the minds on the Google search engine. Finn Balor has united the World Wrestling titles or has won best actor in World Wrestling. Compare these acting feats with amateur athletes that have spent their lifetimes preparing for their one shot (sometimes a bit more) to be on the world stage to actually compete against other greats from around the world. I understand it might take years and years to train to put on the skits for World Wrestling but we already know the outcome. I guess in the search engine it’s not effort or true achievement that counts but the entertainment you bring to the ring.

I’m Crazy?

If I’m the one who is crazy then why are you the one pounding your head against the same wall While you work hours upon hours to be or meet someone of your dreams I’m living it. Yes I understand it’s all in my head but I don’t have to work at it to see it occur it’s just there. I can fly to the moon, be a rock & roll star, have the Pope ask me spiritual questions and all appears to be reality. Sometimes the visions aren’t so grand and I might act out in a way that brings me violently back to this world but when I’m in my “good world” everything is just right. You might continue to pursue your dreams but I’m actually living them and who really decides what is reality in the 1st place anyway? To think you thought you were sane.

It would work like “Swap A Lease” but with phones and enables both parties to be happy. Isn’t it time that phone contracts move to the modern time? Isn’t it time for “PHONE SWITCH”?

Blame Dog

It may not be right but is it so wrong? Blaming the dog for eating your homework is only one excuse your 4 legged friend will take for you. How about coming in late for work because the dog wouldn’t move fast enough or having your room in disarray because “the dog did it”. The truth is you’re dog hasn’t the ability to change your story and who could truly get mad at a face like that (see above). So your dog and you will be in the clear and who is really harmed except a little thing called the truth. Excuse Adoptions can be found at any dog shelter near you plus they’re so cute.

Indignation- Not Sure

Indignation has all the ingredients for a fine movie and will probably be nominated for best picture in the Oscars but I’m not sure if I like it. The Film in my mind the next morning but so is a hangover after I’ve had too much fun and this isn’t even my 1st drink. That’s the point Indignation has fine acting and a great script but is it truly entertaining? It went in unexpected directions which is what I want a film to do but at times my mind was going in different directions as well such as looking at my watch. There are points of compelling drama but just points not a whole story. Indignation even leaves you with unanswered questions such as what if the main character did…. and should have I waited to see this movie on Redbox instead.

Angelina Jolie Brad Pitt Divorce or…

Is it it splitsville for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt or is it following the Trump philosophy where no publicity is bad publicity? All we have to do is analyze their recent box office take and see whether their is a no movie in the pipeline. I know I’m being a bit cynical but we’ve played this movie over and over again as if it’s the only movie in town. If it’s really true that the papers are signed I hope they’ll reconsider for their children and because it will make a better sequel.
