Intelligence is overrated when considering a person for a position in any corporation. Don’t get me wrong it’s important to have the basic information but without the emotional stability, character,drive and quick think outside  the Triangle it’s just doesn’t fit.  We spend so much time and energy studying someone’s IQ or test scores and sometimes forget about the things that make the individual tick and also tock.  Emotional stability will insure a calm rational decision is made and one that solves the problem not enhances it. Drive is the push to make sure that problem is solved today not next week. Character insures  that this solution doesn’t cut the company into pieces and thinking outside the Triangle will insure it has a way to come together if that was such the case.  Intelligence  is a great starter block but without the other pieces it will eventually fall down on your entire company.

As I spoke with a loved one  about a new effort to brand my name in Chocolate I was asked “Why Fame”? My answer is why not?  All I can see is bright lights at this point of my life where I can see not only my name in color but more significantly my ideas becoming more popular and G-D willing improving the life’s of many. The more fame I would acquire the more likely my ideas in business, the arts and political change would come to  fruition and in so doing make a difference in this world that gave me the spotlight.  It is true that fame doesn’t always end for the better but in the right person and at the right time it surely would. I believe this is the right time and I am the right person so bring on the spotlight and let’s make this world shine.

If you’re a political operative it’s best to portray your opponent as the one’s with the horns who needs to be stopped for good to prevail but imagine if we used that energy, monies and talent to stop true evil instead? There is enough pure sadistic evil that we could unite against no matter what our political persuasion and truly stop if we all used our resources to destroy it. Here are just are a few and I dare you to disagree.

(1) CANCER AND OTHER LIFE THREATENING DISEASES- Killing that which takes many a life is worthy of unification.

(2) CHILD SEXUAL PREDATORS- No matter what their stripes they should be stopped before innocents is destroyed.

(3) MOSQUITOES- Have been the carrier of serious and even deadly diseases to our population and should be eliminated.

(4) WORLD HUNGER- Surely with the resources we have in this world no child should be left hungry at night or in the morning.

(5) HEROIN DEALERS- Individuals who deal with distribution of an item that permanently harms and/or kills some of our greatest should themselves and/or the careers be eliminated as well.

Could evil use Arson to try to gain some political end? It appears to be occurring in Israel today where individuals from either extreme might be utilizing such a violent means as fires rage through the country. How do you stop such stupidity and  cruelty knowing that the land they try to destroy could be their own and the damage to the air effects their lungs and their loved one’s as well? Evil always finds another means to perpetuate such destruction and it’s new techniques always appear to be tested in the holiest place on earth.

You’re not going to really get wet if you put in only a few toes it’s time to jump!!  Whether this be on a personal or business decision once you commit to it you must be willing to get wet. It might appear to be cold outside but once your swimming you’ll feel a hole lot better then if your toes were the only one’s wet.  Of course there are times when the water is colder then you thought or a wind suddenly picks up but at least you gave it a swim instead of letting the water of life pass you by.

No matter what type of animal you are reading “boring” is just…  that is unless you can change your instincts.  It doesn’t matter whether it’s a business or school assignment trying to turn those pages appears as if bricks are holding them down as your eyes get heavier and heavier. Someone get me a cup of coffee …please!  Here are a few tips to get you through these times and insure your rest time is hours or minutes later.

(1) HEADLINES- Study the headlines- what does it mean in a larger context then just the words in front of you.

(2) FIRST & LAST- Just like a good movie you can sorta get the basics from the opening paragraph and ending words.

(3) MINDSET- Try to put yourself in the mindset of the author as boring as he/she might appear as they wrote these words what was their true intention in such writing other then to cause you pain.

(4) REWARD- Give your self little healthy tasty snacks when you write an important concept on the topic at hand. Yes writing notes as you read is essential.

(5) SKIP- If there is a section that appears to be in a different language it’s okay to skim or even skip through it and come back to it later. You probably will find the translation better after you read the exciting parts or less boring parts.

There were 3 forms of bravery seen on the stage of life this week two were true to the term while one was truly acting.  Nick Cannon dared to speak about the slaughter of unborn African American children on a radio format that was not close to such a mindset while Kanye West put his life and career on hold to get the mental health treatment he needed. It is an act of bravery to admit you have a problem and seek treatment especially when you’re under the public eye. On the opposite stage  speaking in front  of the liberal stages of Broadway and professing those views as Mr. Brandon Victor had performed in front  of our  V.P. Elect Mr. Pence, surely is not.  It might be portrayed as such by the same liberal media that espouses such views but this is all just an act.  Bravery is not what you say but where you say it as well.   Others might act brave but the American people can decide what is an act and what is true.
