Did you perform the Cancer test before having this discussion?  For there are certain individuals that “hate”another so much that even if they were able to cure Cancer they still would find fault with them.  So before you get in a discussion that pertains to “X” test out your theory in a lab of words and if a Cancer cure doesn’t look promising it’s time to move onto a different conversation or find a different lab partner.

I want to thank the NFL kneeler’s not for what you’ve done but what you’ve freed me up to do. For I would spend hours upon hours watching your sport as well as spend $$’s on your merchandise and now your actions have literally freed up my time and $$’s.  I found greater pursuits of time whether intellectually or socially with my friends, family or even a good book.  My $$’s can now be spent on other more fun times with family and friends as well.  So keep on kneeling for although I miss the game a bit your actions have helped me save those moments that I might have neglected with loved ones and found new ways to express it.

There are steps we can take today that would help prevent massacre’s like the one that occurred in Las Vegas without stepping on people’s 2nd Amendment rights and would actually work. The ATF and FBI will play a key role in such actions.  Here are just a few.

(1) GOOD RELATIONSHIP– Have the ATF , FBI and local police officials develop better and stronger relationships with gun shops and those that supply such items.

(2) TRAINING- Provide training to those that work in gun shops to be able to spot behavior’s and ask pertinent questions before individuals buy such equipment to make sure they aren’t using it for the wrong purposes. Have a direct line to those in law enforcement to ask more thorough questions of consumer if there are any doubts.

(3) TRACKING-  Inform local authorities and NRA when a consumer suddenly buys a large quantity of such merchandise and or if an unusual pattern develops.

(4) LINKED- Make sure there is a way to link such purchases even if they come from different places.

(5) REACH OUT- Have local officials,  trained NRA representatives, and/or mental health professionals review such individuals together and visit them in a friendly way to insure such purchases are legitimate. 

(6) PUBLIC-  Have an awareness campaign that asks the public to contact law enforcement officials anonymously if they see something unusual without fear of reciprocity and what signs they could be looking for.

One thing we can be assured that has already occurred since the Las Vegas massacre is bump stock sales have increased exponentially. For not only the fear of a gun item being banned will boost the sales of this item, but collectors and those looking to turn a quick profit will try to grab them as well. A matter of fact all the talk about this item has introduced it to a whole different market that never knew it even existed. The greater fear of course it that those with bad motives will try to grab it by any means “necessary” before such a ban would go into effect causing more harm then good with this piece of legislation.

REAL SOLUTION-  Have the President or top level administrators contact manufacturers of this device to work out a system where they could work with the FBI and local law enforcement officials so these devices stay out of the hands of those that could use them for evil purposes. Use the carrot and stick approach to make sure they publicly agree to such actions for banning is only a pen stroke away.

DON’T READ IF YOU WORK LIKE A DOG BUT…. 

It’s not how hard you work but how much you achieve that you will be judged on. You can work two hours and be lucky enough to make that 2,000,000 dollars sale or work 12 hours and only achieve a 2,000 dollar which do you believe the world will really notice? Someone can clean your house so it looks beautiful and you get all the accolades just for making the call with only your fingers doing the working.  Of course working hard should help you to get to working less but don’t be fooled because “one hit wonders” exist as well. It’s good to see hard work amount to something good but better to see a little work amount to something great.   Working is good but achieving with less is better for at least you have some time to enjoy your success and a beach towel as well.

Should there be an age limit on when individuals can enter a Boxing/Ultimate Fighting Ring? Do we want to actually see our grandparents take it outside? I guess it depends on who that grandparent is and what shape they are in. For I would pay to see a fight between George Foreman and Steven Seagal if they were up to the challenge. Of course the rounds might be a bit less and instead of stools rockin chairs might apply but let’s not limit  one’s competitiveness based on age but based on their talent and the shape they are in. So let’s get ready to rumble “the Senior Class”.
