“Father’s Day” is not an easy holiday for many. Of course, those who have lost one or don’t have a strong father figure in their life suffer from this “holiday spirit,” but even good fathers might have it a bit rough.  Being a good, strong father means setting boundaries that are tested all the time, which can cause estrangement to those they love. Drawing lines for the good doesn’t always mean that way to those who are near the pad. In today’s society, many of the great contributions of fathers have also been downplayed, with overemphasis on the other essential role in a child’s growth. Those who can recognize all the work their fathers did and are trying to do, in their own mirrors, should also be recognized. So here’s to all the dads out there, and those that are lucky enough to be able to “stand” by their side today, “Happy Father’s Day,” you’ve earned it!

If you’re in the mood for catchy music that is just F-U-N Sueco might be the art your earphones should be plugged into. Yes, his lyrics are blunt and a bit harsh but so is “real life” too many times so why not take a step into this paint?   It might not be pretty but it sure is a F-U-N escape. Sueco is the artist where Punk Pop lives today.

As one ages the useable water content in their system deteriorates which causes internal issues (philosophy) but FOY Water will stop that process (business concept).  FOY will contain just the amount of water & minerals that your body needs as the years have gone on in and in a container that is equal to your needed daily dose.  With FOY the wrinkles will appear less profound then those in your age group and most importantly your aging system will slow down (philosophy).  FOY water for there is a fountain that just might be flowing from your refrigerator shortly.

FOOTNOTE- The question for this business concept is how does water level and actual usage occur as the body ages?

While most of us worry about we ingest how about what we absorb? Yes, artificial flavors are bad for us but how about constant “artificial sounds”? Artificial sounds have actually taken over unless you live in the woods. Music is just one form where even in the most primitive sound is electrified to the point that it comes out from the speakers as if it was created by robotic hands rather then human.  Artificial sounds might not be as bad for you as the ones that are ingested but when was the last time you sat back and listened to a “Robbin”?

As the sun is rising another day of rituals occur. This list consists of many of those items although changes can occur depending on “UniQue situations” that occur and if it’s a work day or the weekend. If it’s the weekend the last item is dropped off.

(1) Say a prayer in the shower

(2) Read Torah section and prayer book

(3) Take Dogs for a walk

(4) Click on various news websites including Fox News, Breitbart, CNN, MSN, Newsmax etc.

(5) Listen to self improvement take on YouTube.com

(6) Write Blog piece

(7) Wrap Tefillin

(8) Read my daily dose of Chayenu- (new to the list)

(9) Eat Combination of cereals with yogurt and Manuka Honey

(10) Feed the dogs their breakfast and share a carrot and pepper with them.

(11) Take the Following vitamins

A. Mega Premium Multi Vitamins Tropical Oasis- Liquid Form

B. Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar

C. Drop Of Lemon Juice

D. Beet Juice

(12) Digest

A. Dark Chocolate

B. Variety of nuts and seeds including Walnuts, Macadamia, Pistachio, Pumpkin etc

(13) Take Vitamins

A. Turmeric 1000

B. LJ 1000 Tongkat ALI

C. Alpha GPC

(14) Have Coffee with Milk, Drop Of Tumeric and Cinnamon. Occasionally add Mushroom composition

(15) Read Kindle story while doing my business

(16) Head to work
