As much as one loves and seeks peace it can’t be with everyone. For there are lines which once crossed not only invite war but actually command it.  From the holy book it is commanded “not to seek peace” with certain individuals. Yet as peace loving people who could those individuals actually be?  We can say for certainty that just as we feel no guilt killing a Cancer Cell, virus or even a rat with rabies those individuals who’s purpose is to kill the innocent must be eliminated as well. Whether those monsters are created by an an extreme interpretation of a faith or a blind allegiance to a dictators whim to control others by creating complete fear these individuals must be annihilated .  Reforms will not work on Cancer Cells and neither will they work with these violent haters.  For the good  of society and G-D this painful truth must be continued to be fought.

Check out this song and see if it inspires you to become a champion.  Carrie Underwood  &  Ludacris have a unique song that might inspire this generation yet I  believe Corey Hart’s “Never Surrender”‘ is more inspirational for both generations.  Either way it’s a unique combination of country and rap that hasn’t been performed in this way before.

Rasual Butler was a great basketball player but not one that is considered a superstar. Mr. Butler was also probably a wonderful person who stayed out of major controversies and as such if he had died of natural means, at an old age their would have been a few lines in a local newspaper.  For sometimes it is not how one would live that brings the attention but a sudden tragic death that brings out the headlines. Mr. Butler probably accomplished much in his short lived life that should have grabbed Googles attention then but his tragic death is what appears to have those memories suddenly return.  We all wanted to be remembered for what we did but I wonder if that’s not possible maybe how we end isn’t so bad after all.

Their are few politicians that you can say are beyond politics and Trey Gowdy is one. That is why his decision to retire from the House is a loss to all people no matter what political stripe they are bent on leaning.  Mr. Gowdy is a former prosecutor who is chair of the House Oversight Committee and has assured that committee is run with intellect and honesty.  His retirement comes as a shock to the political establishment, yet he is a man bent on service not power and maybe he believes that service should be in a different area.  Hopefully that service will be as a judicial nominee even to the Supreme Court.

We all have a touch of insanity and that’s fine as long as it isn’t a grab. The insanity allows us to see, perceive or perform things that “normal” wouldn’t be able. For me it’s probably my obsessive compulsive attitude to finish what I’ve started and try to leave my mind clean till the morning.  It probably causes others to wonder what is the world coming to an end and I think it could be so I might as well get it done.  It’s only when our touch of insanity causes us to continually walk into the wall (not literally) even though others see a door that we should seek professional help. A touch of insanity opens a new world to us and others but don’t let it close the basic world to you.

Summer Shack in Boston Mass might be the best seafood restaurant I ever went to and I didn’t eat the Lobster or Oysters their supposedly specialty.  Instead I dined on a perfectly cooked fresh from the water Monkfish served with roasted mushroom sherry butter. If that wasn’t enough it came with sautéed garlic Broccoli & garlic mashed potatoes. Oh what delicious flavor that enhanced every taste bud. The only problem I had was with roasted Kale & Beet Salad which had way more lettuce then either Kale or Beats. Yet with the delicious Yellow Beets and Kale I’ll forgive their shortage.  I’m not a foodie (except for Chocolate) but let me say that Summer Shack was worth the 4 hour drive from New York and worth eating all year round.

Monkfish you may have the face only a mother would love but G-D willing your pretty enough for a nice Jewish boy (maybe not so nice).  For you bring back days of Lobster and Shrimp before I became a born again Jew and if your in their camp I really don’t want to know.   You look sorta like a bottom dweller but I’m sure I can find a fin and scale somewhere or pray that they happen to be in the delicious dish I had of you tonight. So thank you for giving your life to my mouth hopefully not for the last time. Please I really don’t want to know.
