Summer Shack in Boston Mass might be the best seafood restaurant I ever went to and I didn’t eat the Lobster or Oysters their supposedly specialty. Instead I dined on a perfectly cooked fresh from the water Monkfish served with roasted mushroom sherry butter. If that wasn’t enough it came with sautéed garlic Broccoli & garlic mashed potatoes. Oh what delicious flavor that enhanced every taste bud. The only problem I had was with roasted Kale & Beet Salad which had way more lettuce then either Kale or Beats. Yet with the delicious Yellow Beets and Kale I’ll forgive their shortage. I’m not a foodie (except for Chocolate) but let me say that Summer Shack was worth the 4 hour drive from New York and worth eating all year round.
