Recent studies have suggested that Multivitamins may not have the benefits they say that they have and can actually be harmful but before we take these studies verbatim I believe we should review some key points (below). I personally have been taking Multi-vitamins in a liquid form that comes from whole foods for c. 5 years and have seen my incidence of sickness greatly lessoned. The truth be told I also take care of my body through physical well being by going to the gym on a regular basis, watching my diet, mentally keeping active and taking the time for spiritual moments on a daily basis.
