Could Judge Kavanaugh & Professor Ford both be somewhat innocent and guilty in their account of “said incident” that occurred over 30 years ago. This might be the toughest creative writing piece I’ve written because my mind is moving in the right direction. Yet here are a few scenario’s (below) where this might actually occur.
(1) SAME PARTY- (Scenario 1) Judge Kavanaugh & Professor Ford actually attended the same party and had a bit too much to drink. What was an innocent drunken touch appeared to be more then that when Professor Ford tried to reccount the incident. Judge Kavanuagh forgot about the party because in his mind nothing actually occurred.
(2) SAME PARTY (Scenario 2)- The Professor & the judge ended up in the same bed after a drunken night of partying. They agreed to keep this a secret until the Professor mind in a defensive mechanism made up a different story because it didn’t agree with the outcome.
(4) DIFFERENT PARTY (Scenario 1) Professor Ford went to a party where the incident occurred but the attack was done by a person who either had a similar look, voice or name as the Judge. Professor Ford’s mind isn’t fully clear and attempts to jump to the wrong conclusion.
Rachel Mitchell will attempt to sow doubt into the story that Professor Ford said occurred between her and Judge Kavanaugh over 30 years ago. Here are some ways (below) that this can occur.
(1) PHOTO’S – Show Professor Ford photo’s of Judge Kavanaugh as a teen with a similar person who might have attended “the party” in question and see if she can actually pick out the Kavanaugh picture.
(2) KAVANAUGH- Question her ability to memorize someone’s name from such a long time ago and see how similar names could also appear to be correct.
(3) DETAILS- Try to have Professor Ford provide more detailed account of the night in question (attire, more specific location, possible dates) and see if those details can make the Professor’s account less credible.
(4) MOTIVE- This is the most difficult web to weave but with questions relating to her political viewpoints, financial status, PGA Tour publicity falling etc a motive can seep out.

While some believe we should accept as fact a person who has different organs then another I want them to take a look away from the politics and instead think it could be their brother, father, son, husband or even friend who might be accussed. Let them also realize that justice is supposed to be blind so unless that justice is peaking or feeling around they must still decide on all the facts not innuedo’s. Everyone no matter what their sex, race, religion, or even political point of view should have their day in court and until that date they should be presumed innocent.
FOOTNOTE- In cases of employment, housing etc people should have to still present the full case in front of
I thought Glass Tiger had a great cover until I heard David Bowie’s version and now I realize that Glass Tiger had the performance and David Bowie had the lyrics and then.

Oops the Wallflowers and now I’m throughly confused?
Although I’m still working on my previous “creative goals” which appear to be working in varioius directions others have hit a wall and I’m looking at a larger path to open. Paths that could open me to the big screen, a huge kitchen or a path to running. My ears, eyes and soul are open to the possibilities or even one’s not on my radar. For a new Jewish New Year is opening and as long as the one King in charge decides I’m worthy to keep walking I will continue to keep pursuing.
WARNING – The following blog point is very controversial it might just take you out of your “safe spaces”
I thought bringing up politics or religion would be controversial but who knew it would be trees. Yes, my discussion of who had the worst life as a living organism (obviously a tree) led many down very divergent as well as antagonistic paths including the bizzare point of an ant who could walk out of any sitation with it’s 6 awesome legs and had plenty of ant support along the way. This discussion between two people based on my blog post ( https://budrebelproductions.com/2018/09/09/worse-then-u/) spread throughout the whole party and probably is continuing in those same households this morning. So beware even tree conversations can get heated and if you were as such you’d have to wait to get watered before you could deal with it.
FOOTNOTE– This obviously isn’t serious but trust me if you kept it going for a bit more the branches would have hit someone.
I want to wish all my loved ones, family, friends, acquaintances and individuals who might have less of a link a L’Shana Tova or a happy, healthy, peaceful and successful New Year. No matter your personal faith journey even if you haven’t taken your 1st step may this year expound on it ways you never dreamed of. Where you find love and happiness in places only G-D could have seen before. May you forgive me for any sins that I have committed openly or with a closed heart. G-D may it be a year where every heart and soul is turned to you as your beauty and love showers us so, that even those with the strongest umbrella can’t hold it open anymore. A year with honey bringing sweetness to those who have tasted to much bitterness before. G-D our King may this be your wish for all the people’s of your incredible world.
FOOTNOTE 1ST- I’m going to attempt to write a novel on this blog post day by day. Just as paths don’t always appear straight so will this story be the same. Time wise this is the harder then expected. I might finish when I’m 80 or so.
CHAPTER 1
As I prepare for my daily sermon in a beat up a broken down building with running water then stays a float a young lost soul enters. He looks like dozen’s of other lost souls that have entered this building and stay for a moment only to get lost again but this time I can’t let him walk away. As he starts to get up I’m pulled to make sure it’s not on the path he has entered.
“Wait you came here for a reason other then this moment”, I scream. “There’s no point I just came here to um pay respect and trust me there is nothing to respect about me”, the young man says. “Your journey is the one many have taken until they find it’s only dark I’ve been there. “I didn’t come here to be preached to old man I don’t even know why I came now let me go”, he yells back. ” I can’t stop you but eventually the bullets will or worse then that someone you love and then …”. ” What do you know about that?” the young man screams back. “The pounding of my heart was only on pure rage and revenge. It was all I lived for or died for but then I saw who they killed and it changed my life”. “Who did they kill?” the young man inquires. “Listen to my story for it might change our life”. “You act like you were someone big but you’re just some stupid preacher”, the young man says. “I was just like you and it cost me worse then you can imagine”.
I will have to go to B many times before I can even think about A on this day off. Here is a list of the B’s I hope to achieve on my day off which some have a little in them as well.
(1) CREDIT CARD SEARCH- If it’s found I’ll feel a lot more then A right now.
(2) SUKKOT REPAIR- The parts are in place for this traditional relaxing Jewish Holiday now if I know they just screw in.
(3) BRONX ZOO- Depending on the traffic and parking this might not be as A as I like.
(4) BUD REBEL SALES- I hope to send a plan to sales representative that will make this part of my life a bit more A then if I continued to try to do it myself.
(5) GUATEMALA SEARCH- It’s important for me to find the hotels that are close to the locations we want to see so our trip will be full of a bit more A then if we stayed in a dump.
(6) BOOK WRITING- Time permitting I’m going to start the 1st pages of a book that hopefully will make your life a bit more A but maybe not because it should be very exciting.
(7) JUMP IN A LAKE- This is definetly the A place I want to be in before sunset begins.
