Philosophy

No matter what you throw out Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump it won’t stick to the wall of their supporters.  They have accepted these candidates for whom they are and for being “that type of person”. The truth is neither candidate is a hypocrite based on the way they’ve conducted their political and business life throughout their lives and that is what counts most to their supporters. You might lie consistently but that is what Hillary does so what difference does it make?  You might be crude or even rude as Trump can be, but his supporters aren’t afraid to get in the dirt and roll around  a bit.  The only thing that can stop their support is if that wall begins to crumble with hypocritical actions. If Donald Trump refuses the bait when it was offered or if Hillary actually showed deep remorse for her actions then maybe cracks in that wall would appear.  I don’t see these actions in the near future so we can predict their wall of supporters will be there throughout this campaign season.

Usually I keep my anger in when talking to  my “extreme political friends” but it doesn’t mean that I’m not steaming inside.  I use that term “extreme” very carefully but when I person sells their  economic and personal security because their more concerned with killing unborn babies then they are an EXTREMIST!  Not only is this extreme but to put it more directly “STUPID” for even if the most Pro-Life candidate came to office the best we could do to protect the unborn is bring that right back to the states. Therefore states such as New York, and New Jersey would still be able to kill unborn babies while states such as Utah wouldn’t.  Imagine the trauma that this woman who wanted to kill her unborn baby would have to go through by taking a train or plane to a different state to perform this ghastly procedure (facetious). 

While these “EXTREMIST” worry about losing this “right” their own right to life is being threatened by the build up ISIS which is killing Christians at free will and wants to transport this murder, Iran a terrorist nation continues to build Nuclear Weapons and the world economy is in disarray.  I’m 100 % Pro- Life but if faced with a candidate  that supports basic economic and foreign policy principles and isn’t Pro-Life against one that doesn’t support those basic principles and is “Pro Life” my 100% would have to falter.  It’s time that common sense starts to prevail instead of stupidity.

The other Republican Candidates appear to be in disarray when trying to deal with the “Trump Storm” they either hide in a shelter or attack full force from the front yet there is a better way to deal with Mr. Trump.  Here are a few ways (below) they can deal better that they can insure this storm passes.

(1) RESPECT & KINDNESS- Before any attack begins you must acknowledge Mr. Trumps accomplishments in a way that his faults become obvious . Here’s an example”Mr. Trump is an accomplished businessman who’s success in that field required him to fire and hire at will unfortunately in the world of politics that option isn’t available and you have to deal with the incompetence that exist in this field”.

(2) ISSUES- Mr. Trump talks in generalities but when it comes to specific issues his conservatism is lacking for example mention your strong stance on stop Planned Parenthood funding, The Flat Tax, against his stance.

(3) HISTORY- Compare and contrast your success and continued strong stance on issues with Donald Trumps change of mind.

We sometimes focus too much on the policy issues that a candidate believes in without focusing on the leader they would become. For without certain characteristics of leadership those policy issues will go know where and even if they were successful taken care of, other more daunting problems of policy and character will fall upon this desk. Here are just a few of these leadership qualities (below) we should make sure our next President has.

FAITH- Are the modest enough to listen to different voices, strong enough to take a stand but humble enough to admit mistakes? Will they ask for forgiveness from those they have hurt here as well as their creator before they are forced too?

STRENGTH- Do they have the strength to stand up against adversaries here and at home without losing the moral convictions of the Jude-Christian Values?

OPEN & CLOSED MINDED- Will they be willing to listen to others and be able to agree with them when they are right but not to the point of giving up on their morale convictions.

PERSUADER- Can they convince even the harshest critics that their goals are meant for the good even if they disagree with the means to get there? Will they demonize their critics or truly try to find common ground and hi light those strengths?

ROLE MODEL- Will we be proud of this person representing our country and it’s values? Is this a person that brings out the best in us so we can take his/her mantle in our own personal life to make our communities better? Will this person be willing to let others lead where their values or actions might be lacking.
