Is it just me or does it seem crazy to spend an exorbitant fees for a piece of steak just because it’s served at some stuffy restaurant?  Don’t get me wrong this can be said of a piece of fish as well.  I understand that they might pick out just the right one but where is the talent afterwards that deserves my $$ Dinero?  While other restaurants work to perfect just the right flavor/sauce many a steak restaurant or fish restaurant just throws them on the plate with a little salt and pepper. This also can be said of a glass of wine in which you pay a hefty fee just for someone to pour it in a glass. Make mine a mixed drink that requires a bit of talent and I’ll be willing to pay a bit more.  I’d rather spend those monies on an artists who has practiced their life for such a performance then one who stands basically naked (at least one of my heads agree). To put it simply I don’t mind paying for talent just not for the meat.

It didn’t leave me unable to move but had my movements feeling as if they were going in no direction.  There were small triggers that lead me down this path, including seeing monies disappearing if they were just dandelion seeds blown away with the wind but nothing worthy of the mood I felt I was stuck in.  I’m not sure those around me noticed this emptiness that held my mind in this one place or that it was all in my head.  Yet today as the sun shines it appears to have gone away replaced with a creative thought or two that holds me together like glue.  In a sense this is my therapy whether it be real or in my head, going to a future place of excitement leaves me feeling good, well past the moment. Even if things may not come to pass at least the thought that they just might, makes me happy.

You live on my land but we never got this close. It’s not as if your late with the rent and you must hide away whenever I come  but you sure act as you do.  I make sure your surroundings are kept nice and neat the least you can do is save me some nut scrapings or wave as you run by. Maybe your upset that I don’t invite you in for the winter but your kind and my dogs probably wouldn’t get along, except if your suicidal.  You could be shy or really have nothing to say communications are a bit difficult between our species but a simple look my way and nod would give me enough gratification. Well I hope my little blog post does the trick otherwise I know a baby squirrel who wouldn’t mind moving in and actually has nuts to share.

I haven’t checked my crystal ball (I think it’s broken) but I’m feeling a Le Pen victory at least in the first round of voting, that is occurring this Sunday for the French Presidency .  The other candidates do not have the energy that Marine has in bringing out her voters and are splitting the opposition in many different ways.  The ugly face of terrorism has made her opponents appear weak in the face of such violence and even if many in France’s mainstream consider her an extremist that only emboldens her supporters in polls that can’t be seen.  Not every word that she is saying will be taken literally by the public but the generally feeling of Viva La France instead. It may not be the way I would have voted if I was a Frenchman for her rhetoric especially on head coverings crosses my line  but it appears that is way the French people will be voting this Sunday.
