As I traveled the world of Cracker Barrel Store I was lead to an unusual drink that added new flavor to my life “Moxie”. The unusual slightly bitter flavor gives this drink a bit more machismo over other soft drinks of it’s kind. It’s sorta like a soft drink for those who lift that extra 10 pounds at the gym with one less finger or rescue the cat from a burning building and laugh as they stamp out their buring hat. Moxie’s taste is completely different from other soft drinks because it contains Gentian Root a root that many have claimed has medical benefits to it but I think just taste different. Different enough for me to push and grab another. For don’t we all need a bit more “Moxie” in our life if only in the soft drink aisles?

I don’t drink much but when I do Whiskey will be included in the mix.  For the point of a drink is to take you to another place and Whiskey has enough of an alcohol content to take you there with only a few shots (depending on your tolerance). If you can keep your tolerance level low it’s really a bargain for where 2 shots of Whiskey can send you it would take a six pack of beer or bottle of wine.  Drink responsibly either way you have your Whiskey and let your friend have the keys.

6-10-19  The Senate has approved Alan Dershowitz to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg after her sudden retirement.  Even though many Democrats had reservations about this Supreme Court nominee because of his stance against the continued Mueller investigation it was too difficult to vote against this individual who fits their mold on many other issues and has an outstanding legal record. Furthermore many understood it would alienate them with those who support a strong stance on Israel if they made such a statement with Alan Dershowitz.  With the replacement of Justice Kennedy earlier this year the court still will swing 6-3 Conservative.

The issues of financial matters shouldn’t enter a persons mind during Shabbos, well as much as possible and that might be the key to the wealth it can bring.  For on Shabbos one is not supposed to spend monies and since there are 52 Shabbos in a year that adds up to many days of savings. If you then expand that to years well let’s just say the Pastrami (Pigs aren’t kosher) Bank just got a bit thicker.  Plus of course if you added up additional interest rates that these savings produce well it won’t make you Bill Gates but could pay for that extra piece of Lox or even Chicken Soup.  Like Manna from heaven Shabbat observance can add $$’s to your pocketbook but more importantly the wealth of being closer to loved one’s including the one who loves you the most G-D.

It is easy for an indoor waterpark to be big enough for those under 21 but how about those who have some gray before the rides? Kalahari has an incredible indoor water park but that’s just getting your feet wet. It has the feel of a Disney park in the north east with an incredible warm staff that makes sure you feel you are at a place better then home. For home doesn’t have a spa, an awesome game room and fine dining. Even if you enjoy looking there is fine art and stores one can browse through for the day.  Therefore I believe Kalahari is big enough to be enjoyed by those who don’t even want to swim and have the gray hair to match.

Is it wrong to want to see this movie if you have the following preconceptions (below).

(1) You want to see original content not continual sequels.

(2) Stories if they are sequels should follow the pattern set before.

The answer is no because this trailer is just too good not to be tempted to go out on Halloween again.

Security is in one’s eyes.  Whether this perception is it be found in  the one who is supposed to be watching while she/he gets an important text message or the one looking to find that hole which is not fully; covered security can be seen and felt. For as long as those who would attempt to evade it believe their chances are less then their success rate  and  the punishment hurts more then the crime they will not attempt to evade the fence. Yet if perception changes by those who cross then security is not worth the money it’s printed on.  Security and reality therefore is a perception/power game where one will attempt to prove the other is weaker.

Douglas Parkhurst just might have had a higher authority take his life.   In 2013 this man confessed to a hit and run that took the life of an innocent 4 year old girl and just yesterday his life was snuffed out in the same way except with no escape. Carrol Sharrow who was driving drunk in a baseball field  could have killed or maimed many others but for some reason her car was aimed directly at Mr Parkhurst who in his own redeeming quality tried to close the gate before she came driving in.  Sometimes life and death have a strange way of adding up that are not in the human calculus but in a higher authority.

SERIOUSLY YOU DON’T HAVE TO READ ANY FURTHER.

This is probably the stupidest blog piece that I’ve ever written for shouldn’t a blog writer try to impress the world with their talents and strengths?  Yet here I am revealing my weaknesses to the world and what benefit could I achieve accept honesty.

THERE MUST BE SOMETHING MORE INTERESTING FOR YOU TO READ … WAIT THERE’S A GREAT SHOW YOU NEED TO CATCH UP ON NETFLIX… YOUR DOG IS CALLING YOU.

(1) patience- I am not the most patient of person which is probably do to my 2nd weakness.

(2) hyper- This trait can be beneficial but other times can have me literally running around in circles well maybe it’s actually squares.

(3) silly- There are times when I get a bit bored and my silliness comes out which can result in the cheesiest jokes around. Ask my daughter if you DARE!! It’s between Swiss and Cheddar.

(4) forgetfulness- What was your name again? Oh I left it on my phone… which is where?

(5) attention- Why would I even write this piece if I wasn’t craving attention. LOOK AT ME PLEASE !!
