It might be on in the background but is it going through any ears? Yes, the ratings appear in the millions but those that are actually listening are in the thousands if that at all. The question then becomes is it better to have the viewers or those that actually really view? Should the ratings determine what is most popular or what actually influences the most? This is a hardest matrix to measure yet it is the one which advertisers should pay the most to listen too.
Dad, I want you to know you have left you a strong legacy that is right here. You and mom’s Amagansett property continues to thrive as does it’s restaurants seen by Stuart and his family. Florida is a joint venture with Karen & Stuart holding it too strong but more important than any properties is the values and memories that are cemented to everyone here today. There appeared to be an extra seat at Mario’s on Arthur Avenue when me and Todd as I couldn’t order without asking for extra garlic. All of a sudden I see myself actually following in your footsteps whether it be repeatedly going to the same restaurants yours was “The Blue Bay Diner” mine is “Sazone” or actually enjoying just for a moment dare I say it a beach. The work ethic you ingrained us continues to flow strong day after day week after week. Yet the most important legacy you and mom left continues to run strong, this family which bond stays united by the spirit that runs through us all. May G-D bless your continual ride on angels wings.
No matter what we do, see, feel or hear nothing will compare to their vision. We can own the greatest tower, climb the largest mountain or taste the rarest fruit but what they absorbed is still beyond our scope. As the power of hearing the word of G-D as was witnessed by millions during the giving of Ten Commandments just can’t be beat and at the same time leaves our ancestors at a quandary while we easily live on. For once the greatest knowledge is absorbed what else is there to shoot for? They witnessed the ultimate while we witness bits and pieces along our path of life.

You’re just leaving a movie that makes you think but have nobody on your wave length then it’s time for the “Movie After Party”. This will be a fun filled discussion on all the finer points of the film and the ones that truly weren’t fine with those that were in the dark with you just moments ago. There will also be notes from the Director and Screenwriter which you might have missed on the big screen for further discussion, debate and just fun. The “Movie After Party” will also have a live feed for others to join from around the world who have entered yours and a moderator to make sure the flow keeps going and the beer suds do as well. Movies are the great escape the “Movie After Party” will allow the escape to continue way past the credits.
Trump will slide easily into office if this face (above) enters the race. If my political instinct is right Joe Manchin will lead a third party run splitting those in the moderate wing from both parties to his. This will lower the threshold to get into the White House significantly. Trump’s loyal followers will literally cross mine fields to bring him back to office and with the opposition divided the walk won’t be too far.
FOOTNOTE- Of course Trump still has to win the Republican Nomination but with many joining the race the division might just add up in his favor as well.
When I do something a bit nasty not nice the dog transform comes in very handy. This allows the world to see me as ones four-legged friend and who can hold a grudge to that face. One might think that was a sh**ty thing to do but with my sad puppy eyes you’ll clean it up. Dog transform allows me to be the worst I can be and never take the blame. Guilty until my tail wags and then everything is swept under the rug even the stain I left behind.

Some will say it was great (well at least good) while others will say it was horrendous, I will just say it was time for another episode of “Yellowstone”. Yes, I caught glimpses of “The State Of The Union (Dis-Union) but not enough to join the various choruses. The truth is this song has been heard before but with this Commander & Chief it appears more divisive than ever. Maybe it’s because he wasn’t my candidate for even Dog Catcher yet I also believe he is truly unfit for the position of leading the Little League team let alone the free world. So, I can’t honestly say whether Joe Biden’s speech was great, good or poor for I was happy to reside in Yellowstone country instead.
Death doesn’t scare me as much as not “living“. Letting life past me by without jumping at an opportunity whether it be in business or just plain f-u-n scares me more than a walk to the golden gates (G-D willing that’s the path I’m on). It could mean simply becoming more intuned to what I’ve already received or smelling that rose which suddenly appears on my track I just want to live every heartbeat until the pounding stops.
Sam Smith and Pfizer have you looked in your mirror? Yes, I understand as an artist and advertiser you want to be provocative and push the boundaries but why be a complete jerk and I’m being kind. Yes, you might want to titillate an audience, but do you really want to repulse them as well? Having a rebellious streak is great but what you did and supported is full of hate and anger to those who want people to seek a higher calling than just the me immediate world. You both represent causes and groups in a way that only damages their reputations and feeds more distrust and stereotypes. Just a shame because your talents could have done the world so much good instead of brought so much shame.
