Same No Matter What

No matter what politician gets elected we still have to deal with this!! A matter of fact no politician dares to offer any solution to this waste of energy, time and mental fatigue. Yet there are solutions. Here are just a few I have someone elected will consider.

(1) Private Highways- It might not even cost much more as private industry is more efficient then the public sector and probably put in a few Dairy Queens along the drive.

(2) Automatic Driver Lane- For those who have automatic driving as part of their vehicle why not have a lane geared to that which would be much safer and quicker then other routes.

(3) Automatic Cycle Lane- This lane is where you would put your car in neutral and just like a Car Washer pushes it along the path.

FOOTNOTE- These might not be the greatest ideas out there but let some politician find an alternate to this chaos!

Deep..

I need some deep. The type that helps even when they really don’t want to. This is the type that actually shows up regularly no matter what is occurring outside. Down to the ground this “type” looks out for M-E even in the bitters of arguments/disputes. They say you can trust in your 4 legged best friend but it would be GREAT to see it in my 2 legged species as well especially with Y-O-U!

Hot Pink Excuse

There is nothing I can do but look! You can’t blame M-E it’s the color drawing my eyes such as a magnetic pull that can’t be suppressed by “normal means”. Will power is a joke when this color walks into the room in the “right propositions”. So please don’t be disgusted for Hot Pink is the experiment that no guy can resist looking at no matter the consequences later.

Poor Life

I’m happily poor. I was rich and everyone expected so much from M-E and now that I’m poor nearly nothing.  Any little thing I do is a big deal while in the past nothing was enough. The little I have tastes so much better then the Prime Cut I could have everyday. Now instead of tirelessly driving back and forth to work day in and day if I decide to work that’s okay and if not that’s fine as well. I’ve given so much in my former life that I’m happy to be on the taking side now. Sleeping late, drinking when I want and living for the moment is all in my pocketbook even if it’s filled with a few pennies. It’s great to be able to blame my parents, businesses and the deep state for my condition rather then look at a broken mirror. Poverty isn’t as bad as they make it out to be especially when I didn’t appreciate the flip side.

FOOTNOTE-  Not a perspective I hold but others happily walk this path.

Open Land

You’ve finally closed on the property of your dreams but the bills are a nightmare what to do? Here are some ideas (below) that could stick on these walls.

(1) Rent Space To A Professional– Many a doctor, therapist even Architect needs a place to call home from 9 to 5

(2) Museum/Not Profit Rental-  Is there a room or space you can rent to a non-profit to help offset some costs?

(3) Hollywood Home-  Could your space be used for film/movie or advertisement location?  Yes, permits might have to be issued but only if it’s “public notice”

(4)  Farming-  Is it possible to have a cash crop on your land that not only pays your bills but is available for your kitchen table?

(5) College/Church/Internship-  Is it possible that you can draw interns to help cut costs with upkeep by offering an internship for work? Could those facilities utilize your place to host a meeting event?

(6) Event Location-  Who knows if a wedding, bar mitzvah or birthday could utilize your location to host their special event unless you let them know?

(7) AIRBNB/ Campground/VRBO-  Whether you’re willing to have guests pay to stay in your house or utilize a tent-type location, this might help turn your land green.

(8) Rent Mailbox- It might not be a great deal of capital put in, but it could pay the landscape bill over time

(9) 2nd Mortgage/Open Line Of Credit-  If time is your biggest concern then drawing out your payments might be the cure.

(10) Advertising Space-  Is your house near a road where others might want to advertise their products or services, and if so, maybe it’s worth their expenditures?

Not Telling

We’re just not telling Y-O-U!!  The truth is we don’t believe you tell it so why should we speak.  You will think you have it all figured out until we actually act and then you’ll try to wiggle out of it like a metrologist. Maybe someday you’ll get us right but that will be when you’re right with your oath to telling “all the truth”.  Until then  go to sleep on November 3rd thinking one way only to have to write “our story” on the 4th.

For, this song is just plain old country F-U-N.  This is the type of song you pack for your long trip down a dusty road or rain drenched highway.  It’s catchy with a quick pace that can keep any motor running. “Have To Not” because sometimes you just have to.

Old M-E visiting

If the “Old M-E” went to visit the one today he wouldn’t recognize the picture. Here are a few of the shocking details he would discover.

(1) Self Confidence– The new M-E has so much more confidence inside it would have saved the Old M-E from so much pain and despair.

(2) Mindful M-E– Old M-E couldn’t stop thinking in the future to enjoy the moments today.

(3)  Walk Away-  One time I stood my ground no matter if the earth was shaking today I know the turtles and/or thoughts as I move onto a different “topic/subject” at hand.

(4) Boundary-   While I’m not as ridged in my daily rituals I do put lines which now others are not allowed to cross at least in my mind.

(5) Therapy-  Even the word was full of stigma in which today I wear with pride.

(6) Alone VS Solitude-  It’s not only now okay to be alone now but at times it’s even preferred.

(7) Disco & Rock-  Yes, I don’t have to stand in one camp or  other but can enjoy a wide variety of entertainment without worrying what the world thinks.

Dollar Wins

The “Dollar Tree” at least in Loxahatchee Florida W-I-N-S !!!  That’s right if you want the largest variety of Dental Floss they really can’t be matched. I was literally “overwhelmed” as if I had come from the “Soviet Union” to see the variety on the shelf and all for $1.25.  Who knew saving a few dollars could make you feel so rich at least in dental floss.
