After watching only a minute I can see how this (above) can take hours if not days off one’s life. The video’s are so quick and run right into each other that it’s difficult to turn off once they logon to your neurons. Here’s how one can limit their tiking.

(1) Set an Alarm on your phone for no more then 10 minutes then grab a book instead.

(2) Take one of the topics that Tik Tok  glances at and decide to explore it in a deeper context.

(3) Call a friend to discuss a great video you’ve just watched.

(3) If your stuck try to explore how Tic Tok is addicting and how you can make such video’s as well.

You did it even though it was never your intention. Just as one gets stronger by pushing themselves through more and more difficult workouts you’ve given M-E one for my mind. Yes, because of your “training” I can deal with almost any “words” that come my way. I’m able to flex pass those words and build boundaries that I never could have fathomed before. Your training has made me a “Marine Of The Mind” stronger, more focused and less agitated by outside influencers. Even today sometimes you push M-E to far and I need to break but at least I’m stronger then I was before and for that I guess I have to be somewhat grateful.

FOOTNOTE-   I still would prefer your training to stop for it’s enough on this clock.

We the undersigned will vote against any legislator who doesn’t support military aid to Israel drop the mic.  Even if we agree on all other positions with said legislator this one will be the decisive vote during election day. As, Israel isn’t fighting any offensive war but one to defend it’s very existence against enemies that will utilize any vile means to achieve their despicable aims. Civilian populations centers are not only utilized during their evil intentions but in many cases preferred.  Israel is in the center of the battle for civilization and therefore any legislator that votes against providing them the means for their defense is actually voting against our own shores. As evil doesn’t stop at one door but travels across any sea.  Vote against military aid to our greatest ally and we will gladly show Y-O-U the door.

For the first time in awhile my brain sees the light!  See, it has become a hostage to the broken egg shells you’ve placed along my path but now I’ve escaped! A different path has emerged without the drama and it is full of P-E-A-C-E!!  I’ve had this escape before but fell back into being tied up again and again yet this time it might just be different. For, I have new strategies that allow me to cross the eggshell and even land on cracked ones without being pulled in too deep. My future is yet to be written but at least for now I’m free from being a brain hostage.
