After watching only a minute I can see how this (above) can take hours if not days off one’s life. The video’s are so quick and run right into each other that it’s difficult to turn off once they logon to your neurons. Here’s how one can limit their tiking.
(1) Set an Alarm on your phone for no more then 10 minutes then grab a book instead.
(2) Take one of the topics that Tik Tok glances at and decide to explore it in a deeper context.
(3) Call a friend to discuss a great video you’ve just watched.
(3) If your stuck try to explore how Tic Tok is addicting and how you can make such video’s as well.
