We used to call?
Many, many moons ago we didn’t have phones that we could carry with others and we actually made an effort to call loved one’s and friends. There was a time when you actually had to wait in line to make a call while your brothers or sister would be yapping away. You would actually want to call your parents and keep them updated because there were many places you couldn’t reach them from. In those days phone calls were more precious and the moments we spent talking together on these devices were much more select. This actually occurred and those moons were in my lifetime.

Four Season’s World
Anyone who knows me understands that I’m normal not into the pomp and prestige world of the rich and famous (except Chocolate) but I have to admit their is something special about the “Four Season’s World”. It’s is one world which is truly a 4 letter word that everyone should experience in their own life,”NICE”. Everyone is so nice and kind that is takes you to a whole different planet which is good to travel to at least once in one’s life journey. I’m not sure if it’s because they are paid better then other places or they just hire people who have this word stuck in their brains but it really does exist. As I have exited that world into the real world “NICE” can be heard occasionally but is too often replaced with other 4 letter words.

Trump Inauguration- Protesters-Protest You & Me
Let’s face it today the “Anti Trump Protesters” are protesting you and me as much as they are protesting against Donald Trump. For President Elect Trump has not been sworn into office so they can’t complain about his performance and is duly elected by the system that we & they have participated in or had the freedom not to participate in as well. Therefore the protesters are angry at the 60 million plus who have elected him for this office and anyone who wants to work with the President even if they didn’t vote for him. Let’s be honest if most of these protesters had their way a military coup would replace the duly elected system we have here and install in King Bernie Sanders & Queen Jill Stein for life. Sorry this is America and I’m not only going to the Inauguration to support the people’s choice for President Donald Trump but the people and system that put him in their in the 1st place.

Style VS Substance
As a Donald Trump supporter I must admit that Barrack Obama has more style. He looks good in front of the camera, is great with delivering lines from the teleprompter and really presents a great image for our country… that is if you ignore the substance or policy decisions which come from his mouth/ pen. I can understand how those who aren’t big fans of the Donald “feel” with his less then artful style so far. Yet a President must be more then look good he/she must put together policies that make the American people feel good as well. Donald Trump has run on issues that will make our country great again and soon it will be time to deliver on that substance. Yet we can see that substance even before he has taken office (Carrier, Ford GM, etc) . I ask that the American people give the Trump Administration a chance to deal with substance, for we have had too many Emperor(s) that looked fine initially but were truly wearing no clothes.

Inauguration(s)
As I embark on the latest Inauguration it is quite striking how different each event is in my life. The first Inauguration I intended was for Ronald Reagan but the weather was too cold and therefore it was held inside with private guests. I got to enjoy the rest of the festivities though including a youth Inaugural ball which featured acts such Chaka Khan and watching President Reagan and Nancy dancing. It was one of the most amazing times of my youth. At the 2nd Inauguration I intended with my wife and children as well as their Au Pair in lieu for George W Bush. At this one I went all out seeing the Inauguration and attending the NY State Dinner as well as a Black Tie Inaugural Ball. I learned that watching the balls on T.V. could be more fun then actually attending the event. We picked up some amazing souvenirs which I still own today from this inauguration and had loads of family fun. Today I embark on the Inauguration of Donald J Trump with my wife. This is going to be the mellowest of the 3 as I hope to go to the concert tonight and just attend the Inauguration refraining from the parties since it will be Shabbas when they occur. Who knows the excitement, fun and craziest that will occur with this trip all I can say is it adds another page to my book at the inaugurations.

Eat Fine Chocolate
When eating fine chocolates (ex above) you eat with precision not gluttony. Small pieces should be broken off the bar and carefully melted in your mouth. The pieces should be no larger then 1″ with minutes passing by before absorbing the next portion if at all. It might sound a bit snobbish but as a Chocolate Snob. These are rules and if you are to break them so will you destroy the incredible experience of nirvana. It’s your choice eat or enjoy/absorb but don’t say you that you weren’t warned.

Biopolar Days
Sometimes days appear very cold and hot where really great things appear to be happening in one moment and annoying/bad things in the next. It is amazing how out of the darkness of a day suddenly sun will appear out of know where and fade away before you get your sunglasses on. Today was such a day where things were rolling faster then a roller coaster but thank G-D the dips weren’t deep enough that I couldn’t pull up to the next height which included learning great talents of loved ones and exploring new ventures. Tomorrow I’m hoping to wear those sunglasses as an exciting journey awaits…

A Crying Trailer
If this trailer doesn’t bring a tear to you heart then you’ve lost yours or really don’t like our four legged friends. I’m not sure I should see this movie because I might be asked to leave for crying as if I was a baby. Yet I think I’ll risk it because once in awhile it’s good to have a good cry even for a guy like me.

Ma thematic Phenomenon
I had one of these moments (above) on my own board and it was truly a phenomenon. I went to buy 4 items at one cost (see below) and 3 items at a totally different price yet the totals came out to be exactly the same to the penny. What is the odds that this equation would occur in the real world without any thought to what was happening in the real time? Life is more of a mystery then we make think and who knows where our numbers might just come up.
