Just the night before I had a dream about a friendly deer yet this deer came from a different spot, a real life nightmare ready to attack. For as I drove by I slowly stopped and we looked into each others eye’s but instead of seeing the fear that many a deer has in their eyes, this one had vengeance and tonight appeared to be it’s time . With it’s Antlers leading the way it held it’s ground maybe it was out of respect for a colleague killed by another vehicle or maybe it was tired of running all I know is this deer wasn’t going to leave. I knew it was time for me to move but feared for the next driver that crossed it’s path.
