The wounds appear to deep to pass but a “RECONCILER” will find a bridge to bring family members or past friends together at least for the moment. A “RECONCILER” will research the various stories that have caused such divide and find common ground in terms of discussion and location that will allow this impasse to be broken. “RECONILER” may not end the pain between to waring parties but will bring peace and appreciation to a relationship that has drifted apart.
Maybe it’s the time of year (Apple of my eye) or maybe I was just hungry but I decided to focus on 3 stories that have “Apple” in them in some way, for this weekends edition. Plus one extra story that I felt should be told
(1) APPLE is investing a great deal of time, monies and energy to produce their own car. Whether it actually comes to frution or whether they will just use the technology only time will tell.
(2) A genetically modified “APPLE” has been approved to hit our supermarkets. This apple will be under the “Arctic” name and will not brown when cut as the organic apples do.
(3) Stats have been used to find the “APPLE of my eye”. Therefore analytic s are replacing courtship in many encounters.

As I crawled to work over the last two days my body finally won. It was like a new attitude took over my body. No longer was I looking to change the world but change into my pajamas and just rest. The days before my body won were a slow draining to this point. Little by little my attitude slipped into “sick” as my pace and effort slowed down. I pushed myself till that bell rang but my mind was slowly drifting to another place…bed. Bed became my Nirvana and hot soup the most wonderful food on the planet. Sickness isn’t just found on an thermometer but the attitude that takes over the body. Today my “Budrebel” attitude (G-D willing) is slowly awakening but I must never forget how that can change in a bug moment.
While Valentines Day appears to celebrate the Romantic type of love I believe there are other forms of love that are just as important. Here are some of the positive and negative aspects of just 3 types. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ADD TO THE LIST. May you have a happy Valentines Day whichever love you celebrate.
(1) ROMANTIC LOVE- You are drawn together like by a magnetic force but can be pulled apart by a bodily function
POSITIVE- The immediate emotionally & physical attachment NEGATIVE- People never turn out to be exactly like the fairy tales and when you continue to build up a balloon it will explode
(2) LONG TERM LOVE- It’s not perfect but it’s committed.
POSITIVE- You can be yourself from the start. Lower expectation lead you away from disappointment and can lead to wonderful surprises.
NEGATIVE-Feelings of “I could have done better” might linger.
(3) FAMILY & TRUE FRIEND LOVE- Might not appear to be the most traditional love to celebrate but who really has your back.
POSITIVE- They can truly be counted on during difficult times.
NEGATIVE-Many times they will bluntly tell you the truth.
It is best to put out a small fire before it manifests into inferno this might seem obvious but becomes more difficult when putting this concept into our personal and political action. Many times we may allow the spark to ignite hoping that a sudden rain will come out and extinguish the fire. This can work with careful controls and preparation in case it moves past that barrier. Yesterday I came down with a little bug and my response has been to flood that bug with as much medicine and vitamins to kick it out of my system. Yet if that bug continues to grow within a day or two my barrier will be met and I will visit the doctor.
This should also work with our foreign policy. We must not allow an incident to blow up into a crisis and should therefore use many resources to stop this from occurring. If these deterrents work to eliminate the threat then that’s great but if not we must leave all other options open. This policy should be with all our enemies whether it be ISIS, Iran or Russia.
Know one should condemn any other person for the way they observe their faith but instead point out in love the best route to salvation. This means don’t remain passive while you watch someone act in an unfaithful way but discuss and debate an alternative path based on the word. I believe this is not just my tenant but the way G-D sees it today. The reason I believe this is that the “Bible/Torah” can be very specific with laws but also has areas where interpretation is involved. It is important to listen and respect the great scholars interpretation but that doesn’t necessarily mean that they apply to an individuals life. I believe G-D puts these ambivalence moments because there are different paths to salivation and although one path might be the most straight forward sometimes the crooked rugged path is just right for you.

“Art” provides a wonderful source for a person or group of people to express or feel a certain emotion while an object gives you the place to have that feeling. We watch a movie in our “favorite chair” or look at a wonderful piece of art with our favorite loafers yet the art gets all the attention while the object gets stepped on or sat on. A movie can make us feel good for the moment but an object like carpet can make us feel comfortable for a lifetime. Those that sell objects don’t receive a “red carpet” although the carpet and shoe’s those “stars” wear allow them to make the “big splash”. “Art” is wonderful and should be recognized as such but the objects that allow us to enjoy such art and those that sell it should receive their own standing ovation.
“KOSHER EXPRESS” provides a way for a restaurant to increase their clientele without a huge increase in your budget. They deliver certified Kosher meals to restaurants on a weekly basis while picking up the unused portions and provide this with free storage to boot. Not only does KOSHER EXPRESS provide this food but the marketing and/or advertising that let’s those of the faith know that you are open for business. It can be simple cheese and crackers to gourmet Chateaubriand (not served together) with various price ranges to go along for ever potential client. This way a restaurant can continue to serve it’s standard clientele but allow others to join their ranks. “KOSHER EXPRESS” doesn’t limit it’s delivery service to those of one faith but has Vegan, Diabetic, Non Gluton and other dietary needs available as well.
This Administration as many in our society continually blame the victim whether it be through conscious words or subconscious act. That is why it’s so difficult for them to use the word “Islamic Extremist” or state “Anti-Semitic acts” because they feel that if maybe they had more love or better economic opportunities they wouldn’t be “extremist”. Many of us live a similar lie as we see that evil acts must have a clear rationale. We look to the victim as somehow provoking such an action. If Israel gave up more land (even though they gave up the Gaza Strip for nothing), if they didn’t pick on him (although some of our greatest entrepreneur’s were bullied) if we left them alone (although we didn’t bother with Al Qaeda until they attacked us) if only they had better opportunities (we know how the poor in India live in peace) but none of these rational will extinguish evil. We know people who have gone through worse circumstances and never acted out in such an evil way. We should always seek to improve society for all but must realize that evil act because it is evil. Therefore we must name that evil act be specific about the act they’ve committed and wipe that evil of the face of the earth.

It’s time for a zoo that enables it’s guests to feel and feed all the animals not just look at them. Of course some of the more wild animals couldn’t be fed or touched directly but through devices that enable you to “communicate” with the animals. Whether it be through a steel puncture resistant glove or through a Lexan barrier the guest will be protected in those cases but still interact with the animals. “DR DOLITTLE ZOO finally you can talk to the animals with a snack or hug.
