Our lives are full of anticipating moments that end like a bursted bubble. Whether it’s waiting for the next episode to your favorite series or getting into the college of your dreams many times what we expect is not what we get.  Depending on our perspective when our bubble burst we can build a new bubble, becoming cynical or even despondent as a whole. In live they say it’s important to keep things in perspective but building that bubble is part of the excitement of living. Let us realize that even though many bubbles may burst in our life let us keep blowing more up at a  slow and steady pace. They may not reach the sky and eventually will blow up but that is no reason we can’t enjoy the ride while it last.

I’m not bothered by others faith that says I don’t have a path to the Golden Gate as long as they share a path with me here on earth.  They may believe that they know the truth to heaven but I want them to believe that I know the truth on what color paint should be used outside.  If they treat me here on earth the same way they would treat their fellow believer then we might depart our ways in our earthly days but we can worry about that after the paint dries (G-D willing) .  I personally  belief that those who haven’t committed an incredible grievous sin  (Hitler, Stalin, Child Molesters etc) have a path through those Golden Gates. It might be a built more arduous and winding for some but there is some path to heaven for the 99 % ? Even if I’m wrong at least me good deeds (G-D willing) open the gates to others that appeared locked.

For a business to grow and continue to be successful it must not be dependent on it’s employees whim on when and if to show up for work. Therefore I system must be set up that all the employees understand to deal with tardiness and absenteeism.  In order for this system to work their needs to be an ample amount of part-time employees that can fill into positions where others have been delinquent in.  For example Tom has been warned that three unwarranted absents will result in his termination when the third one occurs Leslie takes his position.   Leslie has been previously trained to do not only Tom’s work but other work if a full position does open up.  Part-Time workers will make full time workers think twice about not only whether they should show up but the performance they do on a regular basis.
