How about owning a house that’s a stable investment that you enjoy right? Well that’s until you figure how much money you put into the upkeep and don’t forget the ups and downs in the real estate market. I believe that’s why Vegas and Atlantic City are so popular because at least you have some chance (although slim) to gain back your monies and it’s done at your leisure. Yet trust me the odds are against you in these locations as well. So is there an answer? I believe there is and over the next few months I will work to make it reality.
