I’ve often heard that the world is not black and white yet has many shades but when it comes to work situation I’d rather stay with the basics. At times it appears that when there is a flood from a pipe people will spend hours trying to find out who’s fault. When the person is discovered he/she might spend another few hours making excuses why it’s not their fault. Finally by the time we come to some conclusion we have drowned in a sea of water.
Instead I believe when there is a problem we should seek an answer immediately before something that just needed a Band-Aid requires surgery. We will have plenty of time to reflect on what caused the incident once we solve the problem. By the way any grammatical mistakes in this piece are do to my dogs who had me up all night.
