No words need to be said by M-E!!

I’m predicting this song will hit the #1 chart within the month. My prediction is not based on a crystal ball but the Superbowl one. Kendrick Lamar’s mellow tone with the song” Luther” allows it to rise up the charts and a kick from the “Superbowl” doesn’t hurtv as well.

FOOTNOTE-  Artists perform “free” for the Superbowl but the profits afterwards make sure that deal turns into real green.

“Oh” by Hayes Warner is oh so…. It takes music to a level that makes you take off your jacket even if it’s 20 below. With lyrics that seduce you to keep listening even know you probably shouldn’t. “Oh’ by Hayes Warner is the song for the winter time as it brings some needed heat to your world.

After my daily grind today my clock is still running. Here are a few things on that extended calendar.

(1) Speak to my Alma Mater about a campaign that should help both of us. (My Hint BU)

(2) Bring back the **Star Coin** with a brother that can actually make things happen. (My Hint MA)

(3) Find a way to easily access all my contacts so that they have the opportunity to know about exciting events like a Super Bowl Party. (My Hint Will This Work)

(4) Work on Pre-Production for Seduction Podcast (My Hint Mi)

It just tastes better when you take a slice. The flavor is enhanced even more when you absorb the same emotion I feel as it melts in your mouth. Suddenly it is not an experience alone but one absorbed in two bodies.  Of course the problem is when one is left and I find your absorption rate has made this experience one out of my mirror.

This is the Superbowl Party you have to attend for the following reasons.

(1) You can come and leave without any guilt.

(2) You’ll meet great people from all walks of life

(3) It benefits a few different charities depending who shows up

(4) Studio Speakers so you won’t miss the action wherever you land.

(5) You’ll be at an active film/video entertainment studio

(6) It’s in Nyack just a great place

So I’ll see you there 142 Main Street, Nyack for Kickoff and the after party.

A Bud Rebel mental health retreat would be where those who are working through more severe issues and their family members can find peace, wisdom and improved health over a weekend. Here (below) are some of the ideal specifics to such a program.

(1) Women and Men would live separately

(2) No cell phones or devices that interfere with ones peace and growth,

(3) Therapy animals/Farm Animals would be there

(4) Music, Drama, Dance, Art etc therapies would be available

(5) Farm and/or Ranch type setting

(6) Clergy would have regular services

(7) Group and individual therapy would be mandatory

(8) Yoga and Tai Chi would be electives.

(9) Cold Water Therapy would be utilized.

(10) The food served would be optimized for mental health

(11) Mindfulness would be practiced

(12) Early mornings and early evenings

(13) A medical practitioner would insure prescribed medicines we17re taken.

(14) Those in “recovery” would lead some of the programs/discussions

(15) Schedule would be busy as one could handle

(16) Positive Affirmation would be practiced

(17) Reality training would be an elective as well

(18) No alcohol  would be permitted.

One has to be tough to bear Tariff’s even if they are for the right reason. I know that these tariff’s will effect my wallet but the good they can ultimately accomplish is G-D willing worth the risk. These tariffs should result in the stopping of  easy import of death/ Fentanyl , criminal illegal aliens and, making sure we truly get a fair trade deal with our partners.  The truth is I probably would have had a more conservative approach instead as I would have had timetables these tariffs could occur at smaller increases and ways they could be avoided but I’m not residing in 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue… for now. G-D willing the administration is right and being tough with tariffs makes us a tougher and stronger country as a whole even if the medicine doesn’t taste too good.

Please don’t read if this is a problem in your life but for M-E it’s a quick solution. I’m not advocating having more then one because if you need to count maybe it is a problem. Yet, for M-E sometimes one with an empty stomach and after a long day can truly pick me U-P. Maybe need is not the correct word but want for they loosen my mind up to act in a way that is more F-U-N and relaxed. So whether it’s found in LI, Margaritaville, Zombie land or even Absinthe (maybe drinks aren’t helpful when writing) pour one for M-E.
