State of The Dis-Union

Some will say it was great (well at least good) while others will say it was horrendous, I will just say it was time for another episode of “Yellowstone”.  Yes, I caught glimpses of “The State Of The Union (Dis-Union) but not enough to join the various choruses. The truth is this song has been heard before but with this Commander & Chief it appears more divisive than ever.  Maybe it’s because he wasn’t my candidate for even Dog Catcher yet I also believe he is truly unfit for the position of leading the Little League team let alone the free world.  So, I can’t honestly say whether Joe Biden’s speech was great, good or poor for I was happy to reside in Yellowstone country instead.

Yellowstone – A Commitment

After nearly completing my ride of the first season of “Yellowstone” will I continue on this trail or leave it for a new view?  The trails of this show have kept me glued to my saddle, but I don’t know if anything else out there might pull me away.  I like to stay current but with Yellowstone I’m way in the back of the pack and the commitment to this one show will leave me riding horses while others are jetting past my rodeo.  Yellowstone, commitment only time will tell whether I eventually leave this horse behind or continue to gallop into the sunset.

My Kryptonite-Personal Reflection

It’s my Kryptonite or weakness that would probably bring me down and since I’m not a household name I’m going to reveal it in one word “silly”.  That’s right if I somehow get in a silly mood anything goes and I mean anything. Politically correctness is tossed from the highest building in order to get others to laugh at no regard to my personal image. This occurs usually when either I’m slightly bored, overwhelmed with the insanity of life or see something that is funny for the moment but can be cruel later on like someone falling on ice as they open their car door.  Now that I’ve revealed my Krptonite is it to take me down or let me live in laughter.

Just Doing It

I can’t keep waiting so I’m just doing it.  The clock keeps moving even if you’re still resting on the bed as the dishes get higher and higher. I can wait till your exact mood or just act, and git r done, and I chose the latter.  Maybe for now I’m being taken advantage of but who knows maybe this one extra act on my side eventually tilts the clock in the heavenly favor.

Move Over Pretzels- A Business Idea

Move over Pretzels, Doritos, Potato Chips and even dare I say it Popcorn for Crouton Mix.  Yes, crouton’s need to become the next snack mix.  Don’t get me wrong I’m not talking about the ordinary white grain type put one’s made of various grains and spices that are crunchy /crispy to the core. They could have unique flavors such as BBQ, Sour Cream, Cheese etc.  For why leave croutons in some salad when they are truly delicious everywhere. The “Crouton Snack” will it be coming to a grocery store near Y-O-U?

Birthday Weekend

1  American Dream Mall- Tilt Museum. Friday January 20th at 4 PM- Followed by Dinner- Will choice when we get there.

Craft Taqueria- I Never Knew

I never knew a Taco could be this good. Craft Taqueria doesn’t just make food it makes a piece of art that I almost feel guilty eating. The Tuna Tacos were healingly sent, and I just pray I’m worthy.  My second portion of Sweet Mashed potatoes literally melted in my mouth with a touch of Cinnamon and butter.  Last night my taste buds found the garden of Eden and who knew it would be in a Taco.

****  1/2 – I had to add an extra half of star for the excellent server as well.

Modern Cemetery- A Business Concept

The modern cemetery would celebrate someone’s life not just honor their death. For, this cemetery would have sections which contained many of their most vital honors, pictures and just times they lived along with possibly a hologram that came alive when a living soul walked past their stone.  The hologram images could also be pictures of them and their loved ones, travels and other key events in their live. Until G-D writes a different chapter death is part of one’s life, but the modern cemetery would keep the person alive in spirit way past the burial.

Please pretty please with every drop of sugar, honey, and a finger on top. I really want this job it’s my big chance and I’ll do almost anything to get it.  Honestly, I know I should have worked harder earlier to earn your trust or give out the goodies but everyone else had it automatically so I thought the seat would just come my way.  Listen, there might be better candidates but at this point, all I have left is my soul and for some reason, I can’t find it to put it up on the auction block.  So please give me the chance to be your leader and I’ll do what you tell me….please.

New Years Resolutions for M-E

I’m listing my NY Year’s Resolutions (below) to try to achieve them past the date that they are written.

  1. Make a greater effort to speak in the speed and tone that the other individual in the conversation better hears and understands.
  2. Remember other’s birthdays. Yes, this should be easy as long as a get the list and put it on my calendar.  By the way if today is your birthday “Happy Birthday”
  3. See that other ventures accrue some type of profit by this time next year and/or make a greater effort to see that this becomes more of a goal.

 

FOOTNOTE- I’ll probably add to this list before 2024 but will allow me to screw up before the time it is written down.
