Is this too much?

Does this violate your 4th Ammendment right (Unlawful Search and Seizure)?

Can the government search your car without a warrant when it’s parked in a private parking lot? Does it make a difference if this car is parked at an airport or a high rise building? Please click on the link above. I’d love to hear your thoughts.

I believe the only way the government should be able to do this is if you have been warned that this area you are parking in is subject to inspection because of serious security risks. These locations that have these inspections would have to be approved by the court.

It’s not fair! Maybe it just is.

baby crying

Why does Johhny have his fathers business to go into? Why is she so pretty? Why is he so smart? How come I don’t have…..?  These remarks kill us from inside and bring resentment, jealousy and a feeling of isolation from those that have to those that don’t. Let’s face it if your alive it’s not fair to the person who has just died. If you have legs and arms it might not be fair to the person who has none. Yet it isn’t what we’re given but what we do with it that truly matters. We’ve seen people come from nothing and become a great success. While those with the means end up falling off the cliff (maybe not literally). We can’t fit in anyone else’s shoes so we never can fully understand the unique pain that they might have or continue to go through. We can only be grateful for what we have and do the best with it. It may not be fair but maybe it just is.
