For this to begin again the past must be dead. I will mourn the good times lost as if in a funeral and try to forget the bad. A new “you” will replace the old as the past is six feet under. I will learn from whom proceeded you in this room as I see a whole new horizon. We can rebuild again but only if the past is truly buried.
If you need a bit more Oxygen for this Monday morning “Suffocate City” might just help one breathe. This song pounds one heart with intense lyrics and great musical score. You can’t stop Monday but you can add more Oxygen to the day with this great song “Suffocate City”

Sometimes you need a bit more “silly” in your life and that’s when someone should “Walk Hard”. This might have been the movie for my moment as laughter is truly the best medicine yet their is something more to the Dewey Cox Story then just a laugh. This film is silly in the way it utilizes all the stereotypes of all biopic films of fame in the music industry. “Walk Hard The Dewey Cox Story” had me laughing where I probably shouldn’t but silly can just be funny no matter how one might want to deceiver it. “Walk Hard The Dewey Cox Story” may not be the greatest movie made but it was the medicine I needed to add some more laughter in my life.

The basic human condition of breathing can be a much deeper experience which changes one’s life and perspectives. As G-D has allowed us to breathe in what is good for us and exhale what is bad so should we try to do that with our mind, body and soul. When breathing in take an extra moment to think about all the incredible things around you hold it for just a moment. Then compound that moment with those things that suck in ones life as you exhale them out of your existence or at least the thoughts that hold you back in pain and misery. Increase the length of each breathe so the experience deepens your awareness and strengthens your resolve toward a more peaceful existence. This is breathing with a purpose the type that I believe G-D wants us to do as it leads to a better path ahead.
In the end as in the beginning it’s Y-O-U and G-D. Very few hold on to those “loved ones” till the bitter end and even if they somehow do there are 100% cocoa times along the way. As sad as it is people drift apart but G-D is always in one’s corner if they truly seek thee. Often happiness in one’s catalogue is not even in another’s file cabinet. Jealous and envy for others can hold us down until we look a bit deeper into their own closet of pain. We might want to help a loved one but often they have to be the one seeking it. Therefore it’s Y-O-U and G-D in your picture trying to make this world better with the talent and wisdom you gain along your journey called life.
Who would think this (above) could result in a great friendship. Yet by turning off my radio and opening the window I found a friend right across from M-E. We both had nothing to do for an hour so we decided to talk instead. Who knew to complete strangers could become friends in such an annoying situation. Now, we’re hanging out even when there is no traffic around us. Traffic sucks unless you can make a friend out of it.
The key to life might not be to seek instant happiness but lesson the inevitable pain. One needs to lesson the pain whether it be from mind or body. That could mean redirecting ones mind to a “bright shiny object” in a corner far away from where one is currently sitting or even being in the moment now. For much pain is our own foreshadowing doom and gloom where there is sun right above us. Pain will be with us no matter what so isn’t important to find ways to deaden the blow?
They say it’s sunny outside but I feel the wet stuff what is going on? I’m embarrassed to ask anyone as many walk without an umbrella but they still appear wet to M-E. Am I delusional or could this be some type of dream that I can’t get out of? I check “Google” and all my “regular sources of news” and they all agree that there is not a cloud in the sky. I’m ready to check myself into a psychiatric hospital when by chance I check out “justthenews.com” which tells my soaking wet story at this point. In the future I think I’ll check out all the sources not just the ones my “group” has been pushing.
Does this (above) really not exist for our four legged friends? Cologne/perfume for dogs seems so obvious that anyone can sniff up this idea. For as much as we love our pets sometimes their odors are not loveable or even likeable. Yet, with dog cologne/perfume they’ll smell good all day long as long as your sprayer. With dog perfume you won’t smell a number 2 but maybe a Channel # 5 instead.
For those who have got truly what they want without the ring an LT party is called upon. These individuals don’t have to worry about lawyers ever dividing assets and truly can walk out whenever their key doesn’t fit. Yes, there might be assets to split up like a pillow and who gets the dog but at least it’s not a lifetime of earnings and work. Living together is the easy way in and out so why not celebrate your smart move even if offends the younger M-E.
FOOTNOTE- Prenups can take care of many of these problems but that is a difficult conversation to have and requires legal costs to bare before and after.
