It is if you were studying a piece of modern art and trying to figure out what it means or  even if you liked it?  “Eraserhead is such a work and any more bizarre might be past my lifeline. It creates images that will stay with you way past your screening and be imprinted in your skulls as very few films or artworks can do.  Any more bizarre and it wouldn’t be entertaining at all but for some reason I had to stay till the end and I think I actually enjoyed it but are still evaluating this aspect a day later.

“Passengers” reminded me of too many trips. Where they start full of ton’s of promise but as time goes on they can be tiresome and predictable. I’m glad I left this trip before the actual ending.  For the first hour or so everything is moving brilliantly but then it appears as if they were late and it all becomes rushed together.  Jennifer Lawrence is usually an incredible actress but in this movie she appeared to be as if she was a passenger looking toward her next film.  Yet it’s such a great concept and the first 1/2 or so is so much fun that it’s worth taking this trip just remember to get off before the final destination.

Don Rickles was the one comedian everyone could be offended by and still be laughing like there was no tomorrow.  He was blunt and unafraid before the P.C  police were even a force.  Nothing and know one was safe beyond his bag of humor tricks.  It was a time of laughs that so sadly has passed us by replaced by the crude but P.C jokes that filter our air way.  Well at least they are laughing upstairs even if they know it isn’t right it’s funny.

We must never forget because man’s cruelty to men and woman continues today so it’s important that another big film about the Holocaust reappears for a whole new generation.  Zookeeper’s Wife (trailer below) tells the story of a woman who risked it all to do what’s right when everyone around her was doing things totally wrong.  I just hope someday a Holocaust movie will take the next step and tell us about those courageous individuals who were able to create Heaven after going through the Hell of the Holocaust.

Bill OReilly apologized to Maxine Waters because some were offended that he spoke about her hair instead of what she said … really?  What is going on now are we offended because people notice what we look like? To be honest I believe Congresswoman’s Water’s hair is much better then many of the remarks that come out of her mouth but is this really so offensive that some believe he should be taken off the air?  That’s right there are some from the “extreme” that want Bill OReilly fired for such remarks which leads me to the following point. From now on let us make it a rule that no person can be fired for one statement they make no matter how offensive, ridiculous or silly it can be and if such a remark is made that hurts someone we quickly apologize and move on even faster.
