Susan expends huge amount of times, money and effort all to one day be the one who examines urine and/or blood.  John’s passion for the sea leads him into a life of battling storms and loneliness all to gather the fish that we enjoy. Mary has decided that she will work 14 hours a day 6 days a week so that one day they will make her a partner. It’s truly amazing how this all works.  For if one person didn’t have the passion for “…..” we wouldn’t have the great store down the street, the people to operate it or the street to walk toward it. Some would rather stand behind a camera then in front of the lense and some don’t mind just renting the equipment.  Each individual part of a capitalist society where everyone can choose their position or none at all, must come together for this puzzle to be solved. That means some will work harder, while others work with less sanitary conditions and others will be satisfied to work in that one lot day after day. Some how this all comes together in a capitalistic society and to me that’s amazing.

Once you’ve given it “life” you can’t complain if it roars a bit more.  For Bud was just a “normal” guy until you created this creature  we now call “Budenstein”.   Although Budenstein didn’t come to life by some lightning strke he was struck enough times (figuratively and a few literally)  to bring this being into the form he is in now.  This “being” is kind enough to pick up a flower for a child yet has a drive that no one has been able to stop. Budenstein a monster that you brought to life and now is coming to a town near you

When does life become too easy to those that are fed all the riches? Where cars pop into one’s life as if they were part of a “Matchbox” series?  How about for those who don’t glory in the fame and/or fortune but just want a simple life what happens when that is achieved with gravy on the side?  Will one walk on the wrong path just to see if there are cracks on the road?  It might not be a situation we would deal with but think of those who are led down this path and ponder which way would we truly go?

The economy appears to be going full steam and we have just made a deal for peace with one of our greatest enemies what happens if we start winning too much? It appears to be a joke but let’s just say we actually deal with DACA as well as the wall and formulate a health care plan in the not to distant future  will we be winning too much? Is there a point where individuals get sick of winning and find someway that this doesn’t occur? Whether it be living in the excess through drugs and alcohol or spending $’s if it was only paper? Or could we in our subconscious vote or not vote that winning takes a break. The elections are coming up sooner then we realize and that might just be the determining factor nobody has counted on.

BREAKING NEWS- June 13th- 9:30 PM.   Here is the first ever interview with Stanley the Raccoon who climbed the UBS building.  Warning this is a biting interview.

INTERVIEWER- Stanley everyone wants to know why you did it?

STANLEY- President Trump was getting all the attention with some deal he made with North Korean’s and I felt us Raccoons were being ignored.

INTERVIEWER – So this was a political statement

STANLEY – Actually UBS wouldn’t answer my phone calls about an investment I wanted to make in Chestnuts.

INTERVIEWER- I’m confused for you’re going us two different motivations for what you did?

STANLEY- What can I say I’m a complex animal.

INTERVIEWER- There are even rumors going around that a squirrel actuall dared you do to and that’s why…

STANLEY – Of course that is the reason.

INTERVIEWER- Can I get a straight answer from you.

STANLEY= That’s what you get when you try to interview especially one who wears a mask.

EXCUSE ME, MY NAME IS STANLEY

One of the rewarding and/or painful investments is the one with human capital attached to it.   This could be an investment that continues to grow overtime like no other as you see a person move from just walkin in to running your business to new heights. Yet the downside can be worse then any loss in the stock market especially if  feelings of betrayal are part of the formula for  unlike paper loses these one’s burn right through you. To the point of an individual losing any interest in this market as a whole with consequences that not only hurt them but all those seeking opportunities. Something to think about the next time someone is willing to invest in YOU.

FOOTNOTE- I’m confident the people who read this blog post would be excellent investments in talent but they might know some one who should read this post before they screw it up for the rest of us.

This week I will literally be more alone then I’ve been in years with my family enjoying their trips with out me.  I’m making sure they can enjoy this time by investing in my work while they invest in the leisure.  Will they’ll be more time for reflection of the sun or clouds?  Now might be the time to get things done but will I find it’s harder to move them along?  I guess in the end my perception of this period will determine how alone I feel or if I can truly be happy with me, myself and I.

I believe that the initiative in the upcoming election to have California split in 3 will win in many more ways then this one vote.  This vote will create a Red wave in California with Republican’s doing better in the state then anyone expected as they are drawn out to vote for this initiative and anyone who supports it.  It might even be enough to put a Cox in the Governnor’s mansion.  Will the initiative pass I think so but the excitement it brings to those who want a viable two party system back in California will be enough to see that at least this occurs in November.

As anyone who has read my blog post knows I’m Red in the Republican sorta way but after the “successful summit” between Presidential Trump & North Korean Leader Kim Jong On” I wanted to see a whole bunch of other colors including Blue.  It’s not that I don’t believe this was a great step I just want to make sure we don’t walk too fast and hit a wall or G-D forbid a rocket.  Yes, I’m skeptical but it’s based on history of the North Korean regime and how it’s played the world in a Poker game since it’s inception.  Over time the leaders of this tyrnical regime continue to have the upper hand because we continue to see their cup over flowing with change when it has only been a few drops that are easily wiped away.  So let me listen carefully from all the critics even those who always “Hee & Haw” because now is the time we must trust but verify every step of the way.
