We have survived the threat of nuclear war and global terrorism but can we survive fragility?  Where we become so divivided and hurt over words used that we suddenly are afraid to talk. Maybe we hold back on some important truths because they appear in some venom of the past or are too harsh in today’s political climate. It’s time we reverse this trend and grow a few b***s so that we can end this division and see the beauty in the many stripes and stars that make this country so diverse and beautiful.

On Saturday December 8th 10AM- You’re invited to see the real me and enjoy some delicious food afterwards as I present my annual D’var Torah at Congregation Shaarey Israel at 18 Montebello Road, Montebello,NY.  My D’var Torah will hopefully bring new insights and inspiration on the bibilical story of Joseph.   Yes, I know it’s early for some on the weekend but my words of wisdom or at least the bagel spread will be worth it. When did comedy become serious? Where a comedian could be taken out for making people laugh too much or even stating a common believe? Whether we admit it or not few of us want our child to be “gay”. This is not to say many won’t accept it at some point but we want our children in traditional marriages where our legacy continues with grandchildren made the old fashion way.  We also don’t want our children to be single for that same reason and basically want them to share our same values as a whole. There is a lot we don’t want our children to be (lion tamers, fire eaters etc) so let’s be “real” and also let’s learn to laugh a bit more as well.

FOOTNOTE- Please note that the controversial joke were made  in 2011 and we shouldn’t replace history no matter what but live and learn from it instead.

 It was supposed to be the time of our life and now I wonder if any of us will make out alive! Everything was perfect until everything went completely wrong. It started with a crazy storm which came out of no where which blew our electricity  which lead to those coming out in the midst of darkness. If only we can make it to morning I’m sure we might be able to escape but where is there to hide as more and more of the crew and passngers turn into those awful beast looking for more blood. In the midst of deep dark ocean how will any of us ever survive?

Ok Google should not okay certain things for your children! That is where “Ok Google Children” will come in and make sure that you’re still in charge.  This modification will allow a parent to register users of the device so those under the age set will only access the information that you believe is best for them. You will also make sure “Google” helps them with words of the day, history facts or other educational fun items and then send a musical reward for the right answer like a favorite song or character speaking to your own child. With Ok Google Children your child will be entertained for hours without fear that they are learning the wrong lesson.

George H Bush had no clue whether his act of patrotism at the age of 18 would now lead to his immediate death as his plane  was shot down on a bombing mission in World War II or exist for another day let alone lifetime.  Our country honors this 41st President who just like us never knew what was coming.  We can have the greatest plans set but their is one with a bigger eraser. In the end all we can do is try to go up the path we believe is right but who knows how many U turns are on our way or whether we will suddenly swerve to a new path up ahead.  So try your best and leave the rest to G-D who created you and truly has your navigation set.

I’m a big fan of buying American especially when it comes to cars so why would I consider adding a Hyundai Kona to my household?Here are the reasons (below) I would make such a drive.

(1) AMERICAN INVESTMENT- Hyndai already invests 7 billion dollars in the U.S and plans to invest 3.1 more over the next 5 years

(2) EMPLOYEES- This company supports over 100,000 jumps in our country and has a manufacturing facility in Alabama.

(3) UNIQUE- The vehicle I’m looking into has a unique safety feature which is not standard in other “American Vehicles” and the newer model has an electric charging feature as well.

(4) PRICE- It appears I will get a better vehicle at a lower cost to our family budget.

(5) SERVICE- This will be the final assessment to determine whether I will actually make this drive.
