If I knew you would be the rat then I would have broken a few rims instead of the weekly car wash and rotation of your tires.  How could you have given up my location(s) to the Fuzz after all we’ve been through? The hours and hours we spent together having loads of fun and for what to find out you would betray all my little secrets.  You might be a smart car but your damn stupid as your betrayal results in a trip to the chop shop. Hopeful your parts will keep me out of the slammer and I will drive to freedom on a bicycle this time.

All of us have lived temporary lives in the past. Where for the moment we decide to jump head into an activity or plan only to jump out when the water is just too cold.  It could be that diet which looked better then it tasted, the trip to the gym that feld better when you were just thinking about it or that artistic painting that dried up before the paint was opened.  We start these life’s thinking it is the path to pursue only to find other pursuits (food, boob tube, sitting) more entertaining.  In the end sometimes it isn’t the life that one has led but the life’s instead which truly tell a persons story.

Hurricane Michael it’s time to take your eye and look into a whole different direction.  Florida isn’t really right for you this time of year and there is so much more water for you to explore.  So take a left turn and head out to the Pacific your visa has expired and it’s time for a long over due vacation in the sea instead.

For the moment you took over and it felt as it felt as if I cut myself.  The sudden release of angry flowed with a power I had not realized was in me. Yet when it was over I knew I lost more then I gained.  The words that came out of my mouth were not truly of my own but of your control as I felt you pulled them out of the depth’s of darkness deep within my bowels.  I lost my control and it was because I let you in and now I wonder whether the wound will ever be truly healed or leave a scar that can easily be opened at your will.

There is a key to get out of your situation but who really knows what’s behind it? Maybe it’s easier just to deal with the pain and suffering we know about then to take a chance on something else.  It’s predictable like a rainstorm and eventually some sun will come out even it’s for a brief moment …right? So we sit in the mess thinking it will miraclously be cleaned up even if we don’t pick up a broom. That is until the light through the key hole appears so much brighter then where we are sitting and then we find our key to escape.
