Do you suffer from “MA” to the point that even your image starts to appear blurry? You still though expect others to believe Y-O-U even if this story has been told dozen of times before. You basically have a shredder in constant use as the green is constantly tossed through so you can still tell a new one tomorrow.  Maybe put the shovel away and seek a “reality check” with some professional help. For in the end those that aren’t treated for “MA” actually somehow make it or die alone saying “this one is it”!!

I worked 9 to 5 and many hours before as well as past to provide for my “loved ones”. Was a Coach for the local football team, scoutmaster and an assistant at the Soup Kitchen.  I was a friend to many friends as well so how did it get beyond these steel doors? It was basically water torture replaced with insidious painful words day after day night after night. The build up led to this explosion and now everything I did before is swiped away in an instant. One moment of rage led to this journey far from the path I had planned to travel.

Whoever is on the stage you’ll know the facts in real time with the “The Truth Show”.  For, after every comment that is spoken you’ll have an automatic fact checker to verify the veracity of the statement with facts/figures to support or deny them.  You’ll also be able to expand that research if you so choose to get every “nugget” on where it could have came from and the influence the remarks might have made.   “The Truth Show” finally a show with entertainment and truth behind it.

“Happy Hour” was truly happy and it was less about the discount drink that turned this frown upside down. It was instead the atmosphere where I could just be “myself” without worrying at all on the effect afterwards. Suddenly, I didn’t have to think about eggs anywhere and if there were some cracks here or there.  It didn’t matter who got their drink first, whom said what to someone or didn’t speak at all I just absorbed and let it all hang out.  “Happy Hour” boy I needed that!

9/26/26- The White House and top oil as well as refinery executives found a way to immediately lower the prices at the gas pump starting before the end of the month. The solution includes temporary holds on certain regulations, increases in refinery and oil production and lowering exports of said products. These changes will be in effect at least until the end of the year.  This deal appears to benefit not only the GOP in the upcoming election but the oil and gas company who would face greater regulations, taxes and investigations should the Democrats win.

FOOTNOTE – One could only hope this becomes a news headlind.

I had my own J moment!! This was a moment where I took in the incoming as if I had a “force field” that wouldn’t let them in.  The remarks were as cruel as could be but my response was calm and calculated. Instead I just asked why say them at all and what is it meant to accomplish? My arms were stretched wide as I took the incoming yet it didn’t sting. My “J Moment” showed M-E that it’s not what is said but how we react to it which decides if true peace is our corner no matter the battle others want us to join .

In this realm I didn’t spill the coffee and Mandela actually died in prison.  In the past one I was going to the dry cleaners with sore feelings that wouldn’t easily come out. How did one sleep change my entire day and end a fight with my wife that could have lasted way past the dry cleanings bill?  Honestly, I don’t have a clue? All I can say is “go sleep on it” for what occurred previously might now just seem like a dream.

Will this (above) be my next bite? Quark appears something that likes the rain rather then what one will eat but it’s showering down on us as the next food fab?  This cheese is supposed to be healthier then most with less fat and sodium yet a full bite of protein that we need. The question then is will it have the taste to be more then fad or is it something that will dissipate like a cloudy bread? .G-D willing  coming soon to my own taste buds.
