Could you meet someone who reveals a “secret” that has caused you pain and kept you from growing? Sometimes those relationships are like climbing a mountain with jagged edges, but once you get to the top, who knows what you will truly see, so it’s best to keep climbing.
I’ve put myself in a prison by feeling as if I was responsible for your “moods”. I locked myself up in this box trying to do almost anything, even shrink myself to escape these bars. Now, I realize I’ve always been free because I’m not responsible for how Y-O-U feel. Yes, of course if I do something wrong I should apologize and make amends but that doesn’t mean I ran over your cat (not literally although I am more fond of dogs). In the past guilt and/or responsibility would imprison my mind but now I realize I’ve served way past my sentence and I’m finally F-R-E-E!!!
