It’s if everything I worked on for you and you wasn’t even heard or felt. The hours I put into making this place work and the struggles I fought to do it often alone, was soon forgotten when their song came on the air. A song they wrote while drifting into another care free day. Don’t get me wrong I don’t have their talents but something seems odd when those who don’t really care are thought of in a higher light then those who through action do, even if we can’t sing about it. They may hit the emotional notes but we hit the books day after day.
FOOTNOTE- There are plenty of talented musicians who spend endless hours trying to make it to the top but there also are one’s that hit the notes of this blog post.
