He called “me” to rent the car and I knew that there was magic in the air. For renting the car might have appeared to be what he wanted but the way he spoke to me it was also me in thepassenger seat. So of course I called him back after those arrangements were made and discovered he was a bit more in a rush then in our previously conversation. As a person who truly cares about their customers especially this one I couldn’t let this pass. What I discovered was that she was getting in his way to his happiness and that someone who truly cared about customer service should take care matters in their own hand or knife in this case. Now my customer and me can truly be happy together.
