I would have been dead by now if I didn’t choose life several years ago. For at this age I realize how important it is to the body, mind and soul to make sure I have a day to rest. Work is great but let’s face it just as an automobile can’t run all the time you have to learn to change your oil. I see now how the stress of trying to achieve in the workplace constantly can make you fall straight down if you don’t put your body, mind and soul in park. This doesn’t mean the engine isn’t running for their is a whole world outside of your business cycle that needs to be explored. Just remember the world will survive your day of rest and so will you.
