If you were given any car designed and maintained by only one mechanic I’m sure this would be a body you’d protect. I’m confident that you would carefully follow the rules that this mechanic laid out for a smooth drive and make sure you never missed an appointment. Yet for some reason we can neglect the one body that G-D has created for us to drive in our daily live as if we can replace it after only a few years. We seem to forget as those who created the Golden Calf who our founder truly is, just because it appears we can go down a different path. Yet plead with the mechanic to fix us when we are broken how about we seek a bit more maintenance in between and a cool off period (Shabbos) to make sure our engine continues to run just right. Trust me for I know I should be seeking the mechanic more frequently as well.
