If we want to conquer evil we must make sure we give as much attention to good behavior as we do to bad behavior . For those that act out in our society receive an undue expression of interest from their diaper days till the day the bars are slammed shut. We spend a great deal of time trying to satisfy a child’s temper tantrum as well as see things through the miscreant eye’s. I’m not saying we should completely ignore such behavior and look into what is causing such actions but let’s make sure the balance beam swings the other way as well. Maybe if we can make sure the rewards of attention are focused on the good side others will follow even if their bad is actually good.
