Too- Our Story

Writing in Diary 2 hand writing

For some reason that Purple Dinosaur wasn’t entertaining this morning it just felt too childish. Dick looked to his father for some comfort but his reactions were too silly. As years went by there were many more “too’s” that came up. The music he had enjoyed in the past became “too popular” for his rebellious taste. A faith service that he was brought up to became “too traditional”. The terrible two’s were the teen and twenty year old “too’s” until Dick met Sally. Then some of these things that appeared “too” in the past became fun/important again especially since Sally was expecting. Now he only prayed that Dick Jr. would hold off those “too’s” a bit longer and enjoy the world around him before it passed him by as well.
